Really great game! There was enough story to keep me motivated to finish the puzzles and the wrap-up was heartwarming. Really enjoyed the sounds, art, and puzzle difficulty. Wish I had played it during voting but didn't get the time! Congrats on winning!

Beautiful as always. Story is well done and the sound tracks fit vibe of the tale. I really like the old console type music that accompanies the star puzzles. Did not understand at first what I was supposed to do with the  squares, but was able to figure out they are all supposed to be fused together (not necessarily in a square, even though that's how the first one worked).  Got stuck on one near the end of the last constellation, so I took a break and plan to try again another time :)

A beautiful game, very close to perfection! The story, the visuals, the audio and puzzle design are all extremely impressive. The only thing I can think of that would make the game better is if the stargazing theme was present in the puzzles which are the actual gameplay parts. And maybe add an undo button and don't replay the level start animation when resetting because it's a bit frustrating when you make a tiny mistake at the end and you have to start from scratch. I had to nitpick but it's overall a great game and you did a fantastic work!

YOOO, THIS ONE CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD — IN THE BEST WAY! πŸš€

The whole idea of being a Wishkeeper delivering wishes across the stars is honestly such a charming take on the theme. The moment I understood that I wasn't just doing random platforming, but actually helping wishes reach their constellations, the game started feeling way more meaningful.

I especially loved the story + gameplay connection. You're literally travelling through the stars to make someone else's wish come true, while the game keeps teasing that bigger question: β€œWhy was yours forgotten?” πŸ‘€ That was a really nice hook and made me want to keep going.

The pixel art, atmosphere and music work together really well too. It has this cozy, slightly mysterious feeling that makes exploring the levels enjoyable. And the way the platforming and constellation puzzles are mixed together gives the game more personality than a straightforward platformer.

Honestly, this feels like one of those jam games where you can clearly see the idea being expanded into something much bigger. The concept of a whole universe of wishes, constellations and forgotten stories has a LOT of potential.

If I had one small suggestion, I'd love to see a little more guidance for some of the puzzles. I can imagine players getting stuck simply because they aren't sure what pattern they're supposed to discover. Even a subtle visual hint could help without taking away the challenge.

But overall — really beautiful concept, great atmosphere, and a genuinely memorable story idea. You definitely cooked with this one. 🌌✨

If you get a free moment, I'd really appreciate it if you could play my game too and leave me a review! πŸ₯Ή I'm also collecting feedback during the jam, so your thoughts would mean a lot.

Good luck with the jam, and I hope the Wishkeeper's own wish gets remembered in the end. 🌠

This game deserves to be played by more people! This is easily one of the best games in this jam. I loved every second of it and I think it has a ton of potential to be expanded into a bigger project. Normally, I go through each category, but here there's no need. Everything is really well done, and works together to form an amazing game.

Out of all of the great elements two stand out.

The story really moved me. The "memories fade, love doesn't" just hit me in the right place.

Puzzle design was perfect. It's something I would expect of a release-quality game. How you gradually increase the difficulty, and how you introduce new mechanics... this is exactly how it should be done!

I enjoyed the game! The idea was really creative, and everything was well done. I got stuck on one of the puzzles, haha, but overall, it was very well connected to the theme and had good storytelling.

I think it would be even better if you showed the shapes we’re supposed to find in the puzzles, because I didn’t know what shape I was supposed to make. But overall, great game!

Haha sorry you got stuck. I uploaded a video of the ending in the Discord. Thanks for playing!! I'll look into the shape idea!

The graphics are great, and the vibe and music are awesome as well. It's a very interesting concept and a cool blend of a platformer with puzzle elements. Overall, a fantastic game :)

Very impressed with this one! The artstyle and story were really good, and I enjoyed the puzzles a lot too. The one thing I wasn't a big fan of was the static, especially since it could sometimes flash a bit which was a bit annoying. Besides that small complaint though, you did an excellent job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'll definitely look into the static :)
