Hello! I just thought it'd be fun to try and make an elevator pitch in this topic thread so then more people can play your game if they like your pitch.

Anyway, heres mine: Pick the correct door through the liars hints and fight the monsters within

you should mention you aren't just fighting monsters you are hitting them with a cool fighting game combo input or something like that! I really like this idea.

Mine would be: In a dungeon you decide to trust or slay the encounters to reach the boss.

similar to yours but without doors haha!

Here's a game me and my buddies made if you want to check it out: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/494757

A small pitch:

"The end of the world is here, but no one seems to trust that you're sane. Convince the town of Wyoming that you've got your head straight. Lead these sheep to the truth, because nobody can be trusted to do so, but you..."

"Player's powers deplete as the levels go on as enemies grow relatively stronger, and whilst a mysterious but helpful voice guides them."

You wake up in a deserted hospital with no memory of how you got there. Cryptic messages, flickering lights, and fragments of your past lead you toward a terrifying truth: your memories may be hiding something far worse than you imagined.

My game is basically about getting into someone else's head and crawling through their memories, associations, and thought processes as they write a letter to... (which is just one of many things you have to deduce!).

Check it out here: As I Remember

You’ve lost your memories in an apartment. Rebuild your memories and reconstruct what happened. Murder, mystery, and deductions. https://mizudo.itch.io/no-one-else
