How does the game fit the theme?
You work under a man called No1

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
high res images and music are premade, but all pixelated graphics code and low bit SFX were made by me during the jam

How many people worked on the game?

pretty interesting, sadly I got stuck where the day 4 repeated itself and I could not clock in! the visual fitted the experience, and the story was mysterious to me! good job!

It's an incredible cohesive experience. Visuals, introduction, music. ect.
Idk why but that idea to play in an interface like that, i like it ahah Good job !

Feel free to test our game !

i really like the pop-ups that require u to do tasks (the sticky keys caught me off guard lmao) for no1, not knowing that they will use their name against u in the ending. i especially like how the pop-ups are more intrusive the more u progress, and the overall feel of using an old os. i would suggest to make it so that the boss gets mad when u get a few tasks wrong. overall, this game had its stressful moments and i really enjoyed traversing through them!

Really loved this one! Great concept, surprisingly fun dialogue and story, and the whole thing just feels super satisfying to play.

I was so engaged in the boss's story that I liked him despite the things he did haha I played twice to get both endings, and each time it was stressful in a good way. The sound design is amazing, especially all the audio options (my favourite is the one that the boss accidentally sent, it's fire). The art style is also super cool, and the overall idea is so creative. Wow!

Incredible game, the aesthetic is amazing. Loved how hectic it gets towards the end and the ending itself is pretty dark too. Well done!

It's awesome! I really enjoyed it. The gameplay is great, and I absolutely love the songs. Really great work!

The pacing was great. I was panicking the whole time but somehow still made it through haha.

The CAPTCHA part was definitely the hardest for me. Itch also made me do a CAPTCHA when I was posting earlier, so that made it even funnier. I kept expecting one of those “select all the crosswalks” image puzzles to show up next

Really original game! I really enjoyed it AND the end? Awsome! I didn't expected that. Really good work for 1 person in 1 week!

Very original concept, and VERY polished for a second jam! Visuals were top-notch, the audio was also nice, and it fits the theme really well!

Very much enjoyed this one, really good job :D

Game was great but how did it fit the theme well? Serious question cause maybe I really just didn't get it

Developer

The idea is you have to trust a character called No1 as in "No one", but i can see how it fitting the theme is a bit more loosey goosey than other submissions

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS GAME!! a little stressful at times, but nonetheless, I think I may have to crown this best quality overall game I've played so far!

The most fun i had in this jam until now, the writing may be the best part at least for me, so stupid and funny. I also like how consistent the visual are, the plot twist at the ending was so good, everything is 5 stars to me, good damn job, congrats!

Very fun! Nicely paced and varied so that the little tasks didn't overstay their welcome. The presentation and sound were great. I especially enjoyed the writing and the way you wrapped up the story

Submitted

Wow that was super creative, I played it all the way to the end. Awesome concept, five stars.

The artsyle is really well done. I felt like I was right inside Severance, doing pointless tasks.

This game is so well done. I love the different tasks you have to do, not just looking at evidence or reading emails like most of the other desktop games. Also the music files you are supposed to play as his theme are such a funny detail. One of my favorites this jam so far.

The 9-5 grind with its overwhelming qualities, made fun. I couldn't stop playing for some reason. I really like how satisfying each click felt.

Got set up by no one hahah, good one. What's the alt ending? When we don't sign?

Developer

Very similar to the main ending, just you don't get arrested but No1 still gets away
