How does the game fit the theme?
abilities that devil gives you show only the positive sides but when you choose the ability he reveals the full contract
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Main character model was reused from my previous game, ambient music was from JHawk , sound effects were from www.kenney.nl
How many people worked on the game?2

I really love that the abilities get overpowered very quickly, made the game alot of fun.
Also a cool idea to make the game about surviving a certain time not killing enemies.
Awesome work, well done!
tysm for feedback man
This was pretty enjoyable. It's more of an idle game, right? I got to wave 6/10. I found it difficult especially in the beginning. I was hoping to get one-time health things for an upgrade instead of only upgrades. I have seen these in like rogue-like games so I think that would help! The art is very pleasant.. the whole vibe reminds me of Runescape (the good old school classic version!)
Yeah main inspirations were vampire survivors and brotato, it is a bit poorly balanced cause if u know all upgrades its very easy and if u dont some debuffs just screw you and it become very difficult, tysm for feedback.
Love the artstyle, i might be bad at the game because it felt quite hard ^^ Although, great work !

I like the premise and theme but it was hard to feel like I had any agency in any of the choices etc. Not bad for a demo though!
Yep I agree if we had more time first thing we would add is probably more control over the choices player can make, thank you for your feedback
This game is ok! I get why the devil doesnt reveal that full contract, but I think it takes away from the risk/reward of it. If I knew ahead of time what the bargin would be, it would be more of a decision. As it stands now its kinda random chance. Trusting/or not the devil is not a bad concept though.
Yeah originally idea was to make only some buffs give debuff and to give some clues about which one had debuff but couldnt figure out how to do that in time so we settled with this, but yeah thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it
The fate of all jam games haha.
