How does the game fit the theme?
It takes the theme "Trust no one" literally by making the player doubt their own eyes. Based on the Stroop effect, the game throws conflicting visual information at the player (e.g., the word "RED" painted in Green on a Blue screen). It forced the player to constantly question the information given by the environment, embodying total distrust.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I downloaded 3D models and sound effects from free asset stores and open libraries (such as Sketchfab, Kenney, or Freesound). The core gameplay code, the Stroop effect logic, and the level design were created entirely from scratch during the jam.

A simple game with a simple concept. Certainly fun to play in the beginning, trying to get the colors right while the displayed text changes is quite hard. This does become repetitive after a while and the change of the text, as others have already mentioned, sometimes causes you to lose a life because you're in the middle of clicking on what would have been right. A few QOL improvement here and there and it could become quite a fun game to play when bored and when you want to challenge yourself.
Okay, this is a pretty good game gameplay wise. The core loop of trying to gain higher and higher scores is pretty good gameplay loop. The best part is the theme realization you implemented, which is a really nice idea. The visual style is also pretty good and fits the concept well. That said, once you figure out the main realization, the gameplay doesn’t stay quite as engaging and starts to feel a repetitive. Still, it’s a solid, well-finished game with a cool concept.
It would be more convenient if the game notified you when the text at the top changes. Otherwise, you have to look at it after every single click on the screen. Cool idea, and the visuals are great!
Audio was very loud, had to turn it off. It was annoying that the instruction changed just at guessed random 3 seconds interval, there was no indication so somethimes it just changed which made me lose a life. But fun short game.
Funny! I loved the scene design. Game Over sound was a bit too loud maybe.
Fun little game =) only thing is i wish there was controls for the audio in game. The way it spikes when you get something wrong is quite loud.
The idea was really creative! I really loved the colors and had a lot of fun playing it. Great job!
Cool idea. Nice way to deep fry my brain.
Cool idea with the room full of old TVs and the whole "RED in green while the screen flashes blue" thing, it messes with your brain in a fun way haha. The visuals are nice and the concept fits the jam vibe well. I did get a few kinda unfair misses when the color switched right as I clicked, but still, neat game :D
Loved the style, well done!
nice game really liked the concept but i wish there was like a timer to when there would be a change of color most of the times i lost was because of that
Very cool game to just lock in too. Sometimes when you click really fast, you never get any heads up indication for when the color is about to change and end up getting punished lots of times. Otherwise, great game man
Such an underrated game, I like the game ideas and the graphics are good
Such a cool idea! I really like the graphics in this.
