This game is solid! Took me a second to learn the game but it kept me hooked. At first whenever the wolf showed up, I just started sacrificing sheep until I found it. I was able to improve my strategy somewhat as I continued to play. I did take a peek at how the wolves work in the reversed text and that helped me better strategize when I should try finding the wolf. For example if I had three sheep in each pasture but one of the sheep got transformed into a wolf, there was an increased chance I might rat out the wolf if I tried sacrificing one sheep in each pasture. Essentially, I like that this game forces you to take chances. One of the best achievements you can do for your game is to offer interesting choices that players really have to think about.
I had a lot of fun with this, and was so proud of myself once I got a full flock of 16 colorful sheep! I also liked the effect you used to texture the sheep. Great job!
Very simple but super addictive game! I very much enjoyed playing it
Very unique idea for a puzzle game. Took me a few minutes to understand it but was fun.
This was a pretty interesting puzzle to figure out. I enjoy having to intuit the rules and create my own strategies for finding wolves. The idea of having literal wolves in sheep's clothing is also very charming. The visual and audio design are a little bare, but they do what they need to. Overall I enjoyed it a lot!
Pretty cool game! I like the concept of it and its pretty interesting to see how the sheep interacts with the world and the wolves. It kinda feels like more of a resource management game which is nice! I do wish there were more visual feedback for the player though, right now its in a form of a text which is fine, but maybe a howl sound effect, or like a wolf waiting somewhere or something like that could make it more interesting. Overall, still pretty interesting and I had fun playing it! Great work!
the sheeps wool effect was really cool, I spent a while trying to figure out how to tell which one was a wolf. Honestly didn't actually figure it out but still super fun
Thank you! Hmm, I don't always know how much I should be communicating to the player, and how much it makes sense for them to figure out? I guess the key here would be, pay attention to the printout, and the number of wolves at the bottom left.
here are the wolf mechanics if that helps (reversed for spoilers, maybe check one at a time):

I think I might just add this to the description in case other people are stuck too.
Anyways, thank you for playing! This is helpful feedback!
that makes sense, posting response reversed as well so others aren't tipped off

This is a realy creative way to make a game arroudn the theme. Realy well made, expecialy for just 1 person. I love the effect for the sheeps wool.
Thank you! Yeah, I'm still new to making puzzles, so I don't always know what I should tell the player or not. I appreciate the feedback.
I just put together some tips about the wolf mechanics, reversed for spoilers, you can maybe reveal one at a time:
Just in case you revisit, totally fine if not, thank you so much for playing!
