How does the game fit the theme?
Mr. Gullible gets scammed and transports into his computer. I had plans to add different untrustworthy enemies such as Phish and Trolls.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All, but sounds

Very short and sweet! I love the platforming, it feels really nice! The cutscene was so PEAK! The sound effects are minimal but fits well! The premise is just so funny I love it! Though more levels would've been great but considering this is a game jam and you're doing it solo, its still pretty good. A bit of music would also been nice just to fill up the soundscape a bit more. Its also crazy how you submitted 14 seconds before the deadline xD. Overall, this was a fun time and I really hope you continue working on this after the jam! Great work!!
I’m not really into platformers usually but I made it to the end! Nice art style, satifying sfx and super fun intro, good job.
omg 14 seconds before deadline??? good job on getting it done and out there haha
This is a neat little platformer. I enjoyed the intro, it was amusing. I could totally see this being a much bigger project. Good job.
Definitely wish there was more level design in here because the character feels pretty dang good for a jam game! The Celeste inspiration is clear but it's a tricky thing to make, so props. Good opening cutscene too, got a giggle out of me
Thank you!! I wanted to add more, but I spent like, 3 days on just the player controls. I'm going to try to add more levels, but level design is my biggest weakness, so it's gonna take a while.
The "you wouldn't steal a car, would you. prating movies is stealing"-joke in the beginning was already worth it. Great visuals, sorry that you didn't have the time to go further with the project
Sorry for the unfinished product, I had plans, but mismanaged my time.
