How does the game fit the theme?
Our game is a reflection of the real world around us — friends, family, neighbors, strangers, and even the people we hear about in the news. In this world, it feels like you can’t truly trust anyone. Everyone is looking out for themselves and their own interests.
The player has a visible Trust Level throughout the game, which directly affects buying and selling prices. Characters may claim that they are trustworthy, but their actions often tell a different story. Money, favors, and personal benefits can influence almost anyone.
From the police to the shopkeepers, everyone seems to tell a different story. The rules change, people change their words, and you never really know who is telling the truth.
The main character has lost their memory and is searching for the truth — and for their father. But they can’t trust anyone along the way.
Almost everything that happens in the game has a reason behind it: money, power, or personal gain. People rarely do something simply because they care.
That’s the core idea of our game: when everyone has their own agenda, can you really trust anyone?
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We did not use any pre-made code or assets. All game development and art were created by our team. The sound effects were downloaded from online sound libraries and were not AI-generated.

Very fun game. The platform hopping is a super satisfying way to get around. I fond myself never needing to steal because getting and selling apples was so easy I ended up farming them. A limited resource, like time or number of hops would make that a less viable strategy. Great Job!
Thank you for feedback☺️🙏⚡
great game !! really fun, nice graphics, great atmosphere, and satisfying sound effects and controls
congrats!
(by the way, If I press the button several times to sell the apples before the window closes, it counts as several transactions haha)

Seeing those hexagonal tiles, I thought it was a strategy game — so at first I was nervously shuffling things around XD Great game!

Interesting game and unique interpretation of the theme. It's satisfying to move between each hexagon and figuring out how to progress further into the level. Awesome work!
