How does your game meet GBJam's theme
In our game every level you have to investigate a new package, that contains old golden coins found somewhere in thee "Family's" headquarters.
Since we are literally browsing through "old gold" the game fits in the jam.

Love the idea and the visual look of the game, I did get skill checked because of the thickness check (and probably dents as well??) as I found these two to be hard to distingiush to me at least.
Graphics wise, I’m not sure if you could do such 3d magic on a gameboy, but for more capable devices this is a super cool idea and the game looks gorgeous.
Music and sfx were great, the music did stop for me though randomly, not sure if that is mood setting or some kind of bug.
Overall a very cool idea with a neat implementation, well done!
Thank you Achie, it's nice to see your rating here!! I hate thickness mechanic, it's really hard to notice sometimes
Stunning art!
Stunning comment love you kamara nine nine zero zero
The art and music are polished and the concept is very cool. Good job!
Thank you Sam part II!
This Sam 2 guy is pretty cool
The art and music are polished and the concept is very cool. Good job!
Thank you Sam!
Absolutely loved it! Especially the music, I was jamming. Really enjoyed vibing out coins and the flow you get into on the final boss was really good. I would have liked to get a stat screen telling me how I did though? I never got yelled at but idk if that actually means I did perfectly or if he just doesn't care about 1 or 2 missed coins.
Obviously can't give you gameboy soul with the 3d coins, but adored the game. Great job!!
Thank you for playing the whole game Artis! You did perfect run, pringles boss kills you after one mistake! Good job
Hey thanks. Worked really hard on the music so the compliment is much appreciated!
the art is absolutely great, tho i still cannot understand how the wrong coins work(or look like). THe 3D rotation of the coin would have fried the gameboy. Great job on the game tho!
Absolutely thank you! We were working on gameboy pro max
The coin sorting mechanic is really cool! The graphics are very cool and high‑quality. I like the oppressive atmosphere of labor obligations and the train that never stops.
However, you slightly broke the rules of the jam: the palette should consist of 4 colors. You have a death screen with a completely different palette than the rest of the game.
You can change the palette in the middle of the game. As long as the new palette is still 4 colours its within the rules.
Really cool concept, I think this is my favorite game of this jam so far! Loved the graphics and the darker vibes (both visually and story-wise lol). The dialogs, on the other hand, were hilarious! The final level was challenging, thinking about all the different requirements under time pressure stressed me out! The ability to continue from last successful day came in handy a few times, good idea.
Thank you for playing the whole game!
Cool take on the Papers Please formula. I was at bit confused as to what I was looking for at the beginning, I think it would help if you only get one sample of a good coin without the option to discard it or keep it before getting into it properly. Well done!
Thank you so much!
Speaking on the beginning, the first level of the game shows a specific dialogue, where the boss explains that they are giving you 3 examples of pristine coins, and that they only want these types of coins. This is kind of the tutorial level that explains things, perhaps I should have been way more explicit to get this point across.
On subsequent levels (and this is not explained to the player), the first coin you get is always a good one, so you can begin with a refreshed frame of reference. It's a bit sneaky but I think it's good to not hold the player's hands too much.
What can I say? Great art, awesome music and SFX, an impressive story - really good job! Only this 3D spin would blast the Gameboy away :D
Thank you!!
The level of perfection on this game is unreal, I love the mechanics, the music and pixel art. I have very little to say: the interaction sfx are a bit quiet compered to the music by default and there is a moment of the game when music stops. The composers did a great job in all the tracks but I really liked the time running music.
The level of perfection on this game is GODOT!!!! Thank you for playing!!!!
Your creative use of 3D, plus the music, and the art, are all fantastic. Well done.
Thank you NiceTeriyakiGuardian.
Man, that's literally the best game I've played on this jam so far.
Everything is very very well made. It's unique, it's pretty, it's fun, it's misterious...
I have no more words, just... Congrats!!!!
Huge respect for you for saying that :D!!! THANKS FOR PLAYING
Probably the best game I’ve tried so far! The art is so nice and kudos to your composer because the in game music slaps!!!
A very polished and complete game. I’ve played until the end. The boss battle was so stressful I won with only a few seconds left I think X)
Very good entry, congratulation to the team!
Thank you for playing!!! Congratulations for finishing the whole game!!! Have a nice day
A really great looking game. Spinning the 3D coins in the sepia palette especially cool.. Would love to actually play this on a Gameboy. One of the more memorable entries I’ve played.
Thank you!!!!!!!!
Really cool and unique take on the theme! The game almost reminds me of paper please in some ways lol.
Keen eye. Papers, please was a major source of inspiration for this project
