I’m sad now. Hope you’re happy >:T . Seriously though, this was such a well-executed story: everything said and not said, the fact that treasured memories appear in the trash, the entries in the login screen— just UGH amazing. I do wish I could’ve given a proper goodbye to Tori, but I suppose that tiny rift in closure is more true to life

I was absolutely blown away by how you created the 'fake computer' interface! The retro style unlocked so many childhood memories, and that screen took me way back in time—far enough to remind me of the days I used to see computers running Windows 3.x :))
But the story itself is truly wonderful; honestly, it was so touching and hit so close to home with those memories that I had to take a break before reaching the ending. I’ll definitely be coming back to finish it soon, though. You did an amazing job on this!
The nostalgia... Now I wanna message my ex... I really enjoyed the gameplay, and I feel the glitching was actually pretty tasteful! Loved the background changing especially, and the files showing up in the recycle bin.
The way I was going "should I text my ex"... great game, very cool, I enjoyed it a bunch!
Loved it. The background, the background music, the art style everything was perfect. Literally made me feel like i had a ex of my own. The bittersweet ending hits exactly where it hurts. And especially that last letter in kiki.zip made me cry. Our Tori deserves all the happiness. Dammit. Great work man.

Incredible entry!!! You did a wildly impressive job of setting up some really hard-hitting nostalgia, which tee'd me up and made the reveals that followed land with that much more force - you got me to physically tear up, on multiple of the paths. Toeing the line of nostalgia-grief is a really beautiful thing to explore, and one that you managed to do in a way that worked so well for your story. I also have to give so much praise for your art and interactive UI design, which tied into the overall vibe of the story incredibly while making extremely clever use of minimal assets (and the CRT effect toggle is really nice for you to have added as an addition!). I kept staring at how beautiful the background pixelart was, and that made its alterations in some of the endings feel especially well done. The unlocked files were all so sweet and built upon each other really beautifully, and I was pretty instantly compelled into tracking through all endings and unlocking kiki.zip - which was another incredible payoff. Hugely impressive as a solo dev too!!! Congrats!!!!!
I really enjoyed this one! There’s something so satisfying about the whole presentation, especially the old-school PC aesthetic. I’m a huge fan of those clunky old computer UIs, so this immediately had me hooked.
I also really loved the different endings and the meanings behind them. And the music player was such a nice little touch too, and it added even more to that nostalgic feeling.
I really loved what I got to see.
Great job, guys!

I enjoyed this game alot!! I loved each of the different endings and their meanings, especially the last one! It's a simple but neat concept for a short game like this one and the themeing and ui is so good I feel like I'm using those clunky ass computers back in primary school!
It's giving me the creepy vibe, I ended up with the ending where the whole thing frozen and all colour inverted. Gotta have to replay this somehow.
The dialogue and UI really felt so natural. Brought back many memories and all those nostalgic feels! The music player was such a nice touch too. Lovely entry, thanks for making it!
I would really want to enjoy this game but I wish there is a toggle to turn the blur off, since I do have astigmatism I can’t finish the game due to dizziness trying to focus but I like what I see so far! Great job!
Congratulations, you’ve made me sob over a not-ICQ. Jokes aside, I love the aesthetic of the game. Brings the nostalgia out.
This made me feel prickly inside, the nostalgia and the idea of not wanting things to change from how they used to be is real!!! Whenever it seemed like my friends were growing up/growing away from me I would always try to wrangle them back and tell them that things didn't have to change and we could still hang out like we used to. I still find myself feeling that way from time to time so this game tapped into those emotions for me!!!! Lovely work and the dialogue is sooo natural and amazing!!!!!!!
YOU GET IT!!! I think there is something very bittersweet about that feeling. The reason you feel sad about growing apart is BECAUSE you used to be so close and nothing really compares to that. The existence of that relationship in itself is beautiful, even if it did not last forever. I'm so glad you enjoyed the game, thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings with me!!!
I see old messengers in a game, black out, and hit download. For real, the art really blends well with the retro filter. It gives it a nice dreamy feeling. And you have a workable music player! Very cool.
Thanks for playing! For ending completions you can always check your journal at the login screen! A new entry = a completed ending (I'll add that to the game page when editing is allowed again). For restarting, there are 2 endings that forces a restart and a true ending where you can manually restart in the login page. I'm no super sure which one you got but hope the info here can help you navigate the endings/restart system!
