Aww, super short, I loved the concept, would enjoy to play more! ☆ Nice one!
Cool Concept!
Thank you for playing! Glad you like the concept :D
Really well made concept! I wish there were more levels, I'd play a full game of this!
Thank you for playing! We didn't get to brainstorm enough for rest of the level design but we will be working on it along with more game mechanic :D
I'm usually not that interested in puzzle games, but this one has something that really makes me want to keep playing! I especially like the idea of discovering the truth through the reflections in the water.
Thank you for playing and glad you enjoy the mechanic! It was quite a hassle to make the water shader work but I am glad it serves it purpose >:D
A really well made game with a great concept. I like the visuals, but especially how the theme was implemented.
I didn’t read beforehand that the game only has 3 levels, so when I reached the “Thanks for playing” level, I actually started looking around for a door because I thought it was only pretending to be the end, like another little trick, kind of like how the boxes can’t be stacked on top of each other :D :D
I’d definitely be happy to come back to it in the future if it gradually expands with more levels and mechanics.
Thank you for playing our game! The theme was going to be implemented in a more convoluted but due to the time constraints this is what we came up with. Also funny to see you think the "thanks for playing" as an actual level, it gave us a new idea for the next level!
Good art and cool mechanic, the last level in particular was very well done. Definitely wish there was more (and audio)!
Thank you for playing! Unfortuantely we didn't have time to find the right audio or compose the music but we will be sure to add more in the future update so stay tunned :D
Really nice game ! Well done for a first one, beautiful and interesting mechanics !
Really nice game ! Well done for a first one, beautiful and interesting mechanics !
Thank you so much for playing, we're glad you like the mechanic, more levels coming soon!
This is so sick, the mechanics are really cool, the visuals are also really pretty and the water shader looks great. My only complaint would be I wish there was more lmao, I would def come back for an expanded version
Thank you for playing and glad that you like the visuals! We plan to rework on optimizing the current mechanics and adding new levels soon!
Very unique mechanic, could see this used in multiple ways to make a good puzzle platformer. well done!
Honestly, I'm not too satisfied with how some of the mechanic was implemented mainly the box physics they were a nightmare to figure out. But learning Godot from scratch with a bunch of tutorial was pretty fun, glad to hear you enjoy the mechanic. During brainstorming the idea of a platformer with reflection as the main gimmick clicked immediately, we tried to think about other concepts we could've explored instead like a mashup of paper please and 60 seconds the game.
I don't know how much it fits the theme but the truth is i don't care because i really like those kind of ingenious gameplay and the visual is pretty cool ! So well done ! Rated ! Feel free to test our game :)
Thank you for playing, I am glad you enjoy the visuals and we will take account of your feedback for future updates!
really nice idea! and nice execution, would be fun to play more and see what others mechanics/idea around the reflection you would make :D gj!!
Glad to hear you enjoy it. One of the idea that was planned to be added is an item that the player can pick up which will create a mist that remove the player reflection. As one of the problem is that the real world is pretty irrelevant, as such adding walls or obstacle that only appears in the reflection will make the gameplay less one sided. One of the level planned was a troll that it appears like the player can just walk to the exit, but there is a pillar poking out of the water that block the player reflection.
Great game would love to play more
Thank you for playing! We will be updating the game with more levels soon!!!
Short but has potential its a cool mechanic and would love more to see more levels! nice interpretation on the theme too. Good job for your first jam!
Thank you for playing! We have a level 4 design in progress but didn't have time to polish it for the submission but we are glad to hear that you liked it so far :D. Stay tune for more levels!!!
Great start to a wonderful game with amazing visuals! I would love to see more levels in the future. Maybe you could add enemies or other threats that only appear in the reflection?
Thank you so much for playing our game! We initially plan to add enemies and other cool mechanics but we just ran out of time since we spend most of it on the water shader and fixing the collider (still in progress ;-;). But we will be sure to take note of your suggestions for future levels :D
