I really liked the overall art direction and visual style of this game. The mix of 2D characters with 3D environments gives it a unique look, and I think it fits the game's message really well. I also liked that the tone isn't overly negative. Instead of making climate change feel hopeless, the game focuses on how small actions can add up and make a difference, which makes the message feel much more encouraging. One thing I think the team should keep an eye on is scope. There are a lot of systems planned, including multiple endings, quests, dialogue, custom assets, and minigames. Since the schedule is fairly short, I think focusing on polishing the core gameplay loop first would help ensure the game feels complete before adding extra features. Overall, I think this is a strong concept with a clear vision, and I'm excited to see how it develops.

feels very paper mario esque, which i adore. Excited to see what comes next!
The art direction you guys are taking is so cute and looks great so far! I like how the sympathy points being hidden from the player goes hand in hand with the different possible narrative endings, which definitely adds a layer of obscurity to the game and makes it exciting to play through.
I am a big fan of the Paper Mario-esque art style that your team has decided on! I think that for what you guys are doing, it fits really well and will turn out looking really good. I like the sympathy points not being an outwardly tracked thing, as it is more like the real world, where you don't know how your actions will immediately affect someone/something, and you just have to see what happens. The concept of making the town band together against a larger threat is very interesting and I always love those types of stories.
I really like the 2.5D art style. It makes the game stand out and gives it a really charming look. The idea of encouraging community action instead of just planting trees is also a creative way to approach the Climate Jam theme. I'm excited to see how it develops.
I really like the art direction you're taking with this game! I think the paper aesthetic is a really fun and cute idea. I think your production plan and scope are very well thought out and the fact you have a list of what you can cut shows that. Overall, I'm excited to see how this turns out!

The art style is quite adorable! The 2D cutout of characters in a low-poly environment gives a nice contrast. The theme of the game is quite fitting for the jam as well. The game getting darker based on the player's decision is what I'm interested in most, I think it is a very cool approach to the game that can make it even more impactful.
I really love the cute art style and cozy atmosphere of the prototype. The project’s theme and impact are also very compelling, especially how it incorporates community action and shows that small individual efforts can inspire larger changes. Gameplay loop definitely plays a very important part in reinforcing the message. Great work! Looking forward to seeing the final product.
This seems like a playful little game! I really dig the art style and Paper Mario vibes. I like the idea of the game becoming more dark based on the players interactions, I think that is very clever and cannot wait to see it implemented in the game!
I like the choice of keeping the sympathy points from the player. The prototype build is so cute: cut out characters are a great idea and the sun UI fits the vibes. You are also very right when you say that it's just as important to share ideas and keeping the community optimistic. It's something I haven't seen too much even among the game jam.
I rlly like that your story revolves around corporations building data centers, since that's a current issue a lot of people are facing in their communities right now! The call-to-action being centered around community building is also really nice and fits into the theme of the jam well.
The prototype image looks very adorable too! I'm wondering if all of the characters in the story are animals? Is the story similar to the "Hoppers", where the cast is mostly animal characters trying to fight against humans, or do they live in a separate animal universe where humans don't exist? Excited for how this is going to turn out!
I really like the art style, I suggest make quest panel constantly stay on screen but you can look details in another panel
