We had almost the same idea here, even our titles are kinda similar lol.

I really like your vision of the realtime-combat + deck-builder experience, and the art is great. Can’t wait to play the full version!

I beat the boss with all 3 guys standing! (well, one guy died at the last hit)

It was hard at the start with so much to read, but I just put healing cards on my tank and everything else on the other two. I like that I can queue 3 cards at a time and the battles are pretty balanced overall.

This is a really nice game!

Nice art and feel. The music is a banger. There's a pause after it ends before it starts again and I thought something would happen hahaha...

It's hard to get the hang of it at the start, a tutorial would be nice. The game was also going really really fast at the start especially when I had no idea what was happening, so slowing it down would be nice.

Otherwise, this is basically like a completed game lol.  Great work

Cool, but kind of overwhelming. It desperately needs a tutorial.

nice card game.

It lacks a bit of guidance at the start, but once you get the hang of it, you know exactly what to do! I really love the concept and the gameplay! It's a super fun game.

This is the first game I've given 5 stars across the board. I love an autobattler. And having a countdown mechanic on top, queuing up actions. I mean. This is a solid concept and you could actually do well with a full release with some balancing in my opinion. Balance being, just assigning cards as quickly as I can seems to be the best strat lol. Maybe having an interval of action, then drawing cards, assigning them, and resuming the battle for a bit of a loop and decision making?

Creative concept! Throwing the player right into a battle was a little overwhelming at first, but when you get the hang of it, there is depth to the strategy. Currently, spamming cards is a valid strategy to complete the game, but the core gameplay has a lot of potential. More balancing would help a lot, but overall this was some nice out of the box thinking and a really solid entry! I love the art too haha

I really like the core idea and the art style/information display here. Really clean, has character and I could easily tell who had attacked who. That being said I agree with some other posts about providing time to read the cards and make choices. It also wasn't immediately obvious to me that you could queue cards and have them execute one after the other. There's a nice base here, and I think there's a ton of potential in the format. I can see it working in a more traditional RPG as the combat element, or as it's own deckbuilder game, but there would need to be some additional cards that allow for other choices or actions that require you to respond to the enemy in a more meaningful way. Would definitely be interested in seeing how it develops if you do continue working on it!

the combat is fun but a little slow

Great concept and pretty good execution with a few issues, I can't even read what the cards do without already taking damage from the enemies. Art is pretty good but gameplay could use a few tweaks

That red panda fella looks so cool here. Very fun game!

It's almost as if he's based on a similarly cool-looking friend of mine!

The concept is extremely solid. However, I would appreciate a bit of time at the start of rounds and/or when new cards are drawn to read the cards. Could even be a player-controlled pause button. Solid entry.

Yeah true, I actually was going to implement an info panel popup that would pause the time while the player could read out information for each card, but ran out of time sadly. Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely implement it if I end up finishing a full version~

Man, the concept of a real time deckbuilding roguelike is such a cool concept. And it works, super fun to play. This has so much potential!

cool concept & cute artwork on the cards! just fyi, it's scaled a little weird in full screen

Game unfortunately doesn't work for me :(

As someone completely new to deckbuilders, it took me a second to understand and contemplate. Once I figured out how it actually worked though, I really enjoyed it. Fun game!

Interesting, I never played a deckbuilder game before, so this might affect why i'm slow to understand at first. But yeah, at first I tought the characters on the left is the enemies, and placing the card on them, damaged them. Though, after I got the hang of it for a bit, it was quite fun!

Really liked this one.

Wished I could spawn more cards for battle.

I liked the fast forward button and stacking attacks.

this game is sooo good! wish there was an upgrade to add more tools and such to your cards but the combat is so satisfying! I really liked the little glyphs on the guys it looks like korean lol. i wish you could order the cards for a higher skill ceiling but the fact that you were able to put together such a polished game so fast is incredible! Great submission and i love the art  and music too!
