Beautiful art, love the face sprites in the text boxes. The use of dithering was tasteful with the vision mechanic.

I love the art and general atmosphere here. The light/no light aspect makes for a difficult play through, but it was more of a good kind of challenging as opposed to completely frustrating.
Man this game felt really solid! nice tempo and good introduction to light affecting aggressive plants, neat level design with increasing difficulty but also with backtracking in mind in the design! hell yeah! good joj man!
Really lovely game, great art and music! I really enjoyed the light mechanics!!
This game looks absolutely lovely and I thought the light mechanic was very clever! I had some trouble seeing the pellets being shot at me but that might just be my screen setup :)
I loveeee the art and use of dithering here, super beautiful game! I was really struggling at the start before I realized that the enemies won't attack if the light isn't showing them (the seamless repeat tries def made it so that it didn't take me too long to realize that!). I generally struggle a bit with platforming games especially if they involve using a mouse in addition to keyboard so wonder what it would have been like if the light could be controlled by keyboard instead but that's a p subjective preference! This moth is soo cute :')
The art and polish are amazing! The game itself a little bit too difficult for me.
Really like the "if you can't see them, they can't see you" mechanic here. Pretty impressed, but personally, it feels so awkward that the whole gameplay is like only 70% your screen, my mouse felt awkward but it's probably just a skill issue. Nonetheless, it was a good game!
The "you can"t see the level" approach is pretty risky but was managed as well as it could have. On the other hand the combo big hitbox / tiny jump / can't duck made the platforming with the pitcher plants quite frustrating.
On the plus side: the ambiance is very cool: the pixel effects, the sprites, the sound management, the storytelling, all this bring the game up by a large margin!
I really liked the art and the atmospheric of the game. the flashlight was so well implemented. I wish the player hitbox has a little smaller than it is and the projectiles from the plants didn't restart when you died, so there was some times where I would get killed by the same projectile. Other than that I think the game is very well made and so polished, I love a hard platformer, and this one was perfect.
The art truly impressive considering the time limit. While the game was pretty difficult it was also very satisfying getting to the end. Great stuff.
I love a good ultra-hard platformer :P
This one was super-challenging with the limited vision cone. Because of the enemy placement, I found myself making lots of blind jumps, which was nerve-wracking but very cool. Great job on the level design because everything was spaced well so that, even though those jumps were blind, they were generally easy to hit. I also love the complete change in mood after you find the drop of dew; going from slow, careful exploration to run-as-fast-as-you-can was a really nice transition. Art and sound design were great, too; the title screen is gorgeous, and the little moth protag is so cute :)
Really nice work here; kudos! :)
I couldn't get very far because I don't have the best coordination when it comes to platformers but I absolutely loved the experience. Your character is super endearing and you just want to see her succeed and get to her goal! Full marks for everything honestly ! I may try to beat it when I'm more awake!
The art is stunning so I gave you full points for that, and the audio was really good too. The game is a bit difficult, but I didn't mind that too much. Honestly, beautiful work here.
very beautiful game but waaay too hard !
couldn't reach the ending : (
Beautiful art, well chosen colour palette and clever use of dithering. I found managing the flashlight towards the end a bit difficult while having to dodge all the shooters, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere.
Beautiful game! The lil moth character was so cuute and I love the dithering used as the light! So smart!
I got stuck with the end "run sequence" cause I kept jumping into the first bullet over and over again haha! But the music was perfect for it!
Only thing is that it felt more like the theme was night and light then "Sleep" since you only sleep as a last thing. So cant give too high score with that but I adored the game still!
Love the concept but I think it's a bit on the difficult side. I think it could be improved if some of the damaging objects also emitted light so you could react to them. Also the hitbox for the player felt too big and a lot of screen space was taken up by the ui so the game space felt quite cramped.
