Lots of fun! I also had a bit of trouble adjusting to the hook, I think because you keep moving forward so you need to aim further back? I got the hang of it eventually and made it to 1140! When running out of fuel, might be fun to still reel in the last star and get some extra fuel if you have one hooked!

really cool game, love the mechanic with the stars and the fuel, is funny to try to reach the longest trip, the luck and precition is a very good combination.
enjoy it so much, good music, good effects and sound, a very solid entryx3 ♥
This game is so satisfying! We both loved the gameplay which was super addictive. We enjoyed all the small details like how the more valuable stars are more heavy and take longer to collect. There is really good polish -- thank you for sharing your game with us!
Really liked the core mechanic you designed. It has potential to be a fun casual mobile game. Good work overall!
🌠 BROOO, THIS IS WAY MORE ADDICTIVE THAN I EXPECTED 😂
The hook + star fuel mechanic is honestly such a simple but satisfying idea. I kept going for “one more try” because every catch feels like a little risk/reward moment — especially when you spot that big juicy star while your fuel is dropping 💀✨
I also really liked the lonely space atmosphere. The dark sky, glowing stars and the little ship make the whole “stranded in space” idea actually feel real. And once you start getting the hang of the hook, landing those catches feels SO good.
If I had one suggestion, maybe add a little more aiming/timing feedback for the hook. Not necessarily making it easier, but something that helps players understand the timing while still letting the skill develop. I think that could make the mechanic even more satisfying.
Overall, really fun arcade-style jam game! 🏆🌌 I had a great time with it and I can definitely see myself replaying this to beat my score 😂
Top score from me — you cooked with this one! 🔥
And hey, if you have some time, please check out my game too and leave me a review! 🙏 I’m still collecting feedback, so I’d genuinely appreciate your thoughts!
Mate, and good luck with the jam!! 🚀✨

I really like this game mechanic, remembers me of an old flash game I used to love. Really nice! Enjoyable game, good job
1265 points. Feels like a good score :)
Gameplay: I enjoyed the game enough to play it a few times. If it had an online leaderboard I'd probably play it even more to get to the top. Simple to grasp, but takes a minute to master :)
Graphics + Audio: Nice, oldschool, readable. Competent pixel art, but I guess it would be cool if there was some more style to make it more "yours".
Theme: More "star" than "gazing". I get how it relates to the theme.
Over all- really enjoyable, fast paced gameplay, where you need some skill and a bit of luck is what I want from an arcade game. Keep up the good work!
I like this game! The hook perhaps requires a little too much precision, but the core loop is fun! Good job!
Really liked using the hook lol, grabbing the stars and using them as fuel was very satisfying. I enjoyed playing this game!
The hook-swing was a bit unintuitive at first, but once you get the hang of it and learn to aim properly, it's really fun to play!
A simple game with a somewhat uncreative approach to the theme, but I appreciate that the gameplay is easy to grasp, letting you jump in and enjoy the game right away.
I'm not entirely convinced by the mechanic where I have to wait for the hook to rotate on its own. It might have been more interesting to be able to control it—just hitting the target with the hook from a long distance is hard enough as it is.
Thanks for the rating! Yeah, I made it in 48 hours, so I didn’t really have time to come up with something super creative, haha. I decided to go with something simple and easy to understand right away. The hook is the special part of the game, though, so give it a little time and I think you’ll love it! Haha.
