I really liked this one! The varying enemy speeds and angles added a lot. I’m glad they all had different screams, helped get my brain in gear to match the right color. I had trouble with the blue ones though, there were many times where I was pretty sure they were in the circle, but they didn’t get hit, or maybe one did, but not the one coming in from the top-left. I persevered though, and got Daisy her flowers! Seemingly simple mechanic, but the enemies gave it a lot of depth!

Lots of fun! The sliding felt really good, I liked you could/had to slide into the door at the end of the countdown. The gravity change mechanic was neat, I liked you could sort of see it coming and do a bit of planning as you ran. I wish I moved faster on the climbing sections, or there was some movement tech I could do to jump on them. Great music too, felt good to run to! Only downloadable game I tried and glad that I did!
Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed Hall of the Mountain King - It’s one of my favorite songs and what I based the whole game around before adding the others for some variety. Agreed about the beat indicator, I liked the pulsing Rhythulet used and think there’s a way I can adapt it after the jam.
Cool puzzles! Fun to play, and the difficulty ramped up nicely. Took a lot of tries and some seemed impossible at first, but finally defused em all! I really liked the hover tooltip showing the wire effects, was worried I’d be in the manual all day memorizing. The manual was still good to plan, but I wish the timer stopped when I was reading (But the quick retry meant it didn’t matter so much). Some levels it felt I had to just move very fast on which wasn’t as great for a puzzle game, but understanding when defusing a bomb.
Fun game, great characters and art! I enjoyed the mix of mini-games. Looked very complicated at the start, but it all made sense when playing. My only issue was not being sure how to reduce power. Sometimes the request wasn’t possible given the pieces I had, and it wasn’t clear what missing a tank mixing did, I just got a way lower power score than expected when I tried, maybe it cuts it by 16% and I didn’t overshoot enough? Very enjoyable, and great work animating those 2d sprites, gave it a lot of flavor! Sound and music were a great fit too.
Fun game! I think the cops are cheating though, I got punched through their car.
The mobs seemed to get stuck a bit, and it felt bad losing my combo just because there was no one left to punch anymore. Some music to punch to would add a lot. I liked the sprites and their changing faces. Also found it fun they punched each other, was neat to try and group them as a strategy.
Charming and lots of fun to play! Great pun on down:) The movement and shooting felt good, the upgrades felt well-priced. The red birds were suitably obnoxious and the patterns tricky, but not too hard once you learned them. If I had to add a critique, the final boss wasn’t that tough once I was fully kitted out. But still felt great as a capstone for a fun game! One of my favorites this jam.
Wonderful game!!! I was curious about the ‘Mathematics et al’ in the credits to start, but was quickly enlightened. The art is beautiful, the music very fitting and the restriction of which flowers are available made a fun planning element. Even deciding when to water to not miss a rare flower was a neat decision.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the show. I didn’t want a penalty after hiding the notes, but as you found, that removes the incentive to play on the beat. Also, some of the songs are so fast pretty much any time you fire it’ll be on some beat.
I like how you made the beat matter in Rhythulet without taking the focus off the screen to a note highway.
Clever idea! Great art and theme. Was a nice mix of mechanics, but got very tricky near the end – Maybe my mouse is too slow, but I barely had enough time on the last few levels, sometimes it seemed not possible. Also had some trouble with bullets overlapping, and the bobbing was frustrating. Eventually tracked down Tom though! (Or was it Steve?) Fun game, really gave me that ‘quick-draw’ feel!! Bummer about Dante though.
Lots of fun! Took a while for me to realize hitting the pins gives you more points, I thought it was just quality and the 2x for a long while. That made anti-grav much more useful. Had some trouble even then getting enough points, but had some runs of 5 games and got to see all the boards, just wish the ticket scoring was more forgiving! Physics and art were great, music was a great fit! Enjoyed playing!
Really creative idea! The art, vibes and music were great. Was fun to feed the caterpillars and work out their needs. Some requests got a bit tricky, but the tip about growing when their fav food was selected helped.
I wish the food didn’t pop when I let go, things got a bit frantic near the end and I would’ve liked to re-grab some things. Enjoyed playing and glad Kori went for it!
Excited to see another rhythm game! Fun to play with a great look and sound! The lighting worked really well for me with the sketched art style. I got a bit frustrated at the knockback when fighting the yellow knight on top of the stairs, and wished there was a checkpoint to keep my progress. But the combat felt tight, both hitting and parrying so I kept at it!
Lots of fun to play! Tried a few strategies but stacking quick cooldown seemed best, esp. with the nova + auto cannon. The beginning was a bit slow, it took a long time for mobs to die on the first few levels, but the pacing felt good after getting some cooldown upgrades. Made it up to the cannon enemies but they eventually caught me! Wish there was a way to get more health (Maybe the growth serum? But it didn’t seem to.)
Survival crafting is very ambitious for a jam but fits the theme well! Rat was cute and had a solid mustache. I found some of the mini-games long and tiring, especially the count the squares. I thought the maze mini game was great and fit the theme for a rat very well. Would love to play more if it were maybe one or two rounds per battle.
Thanks for the feedback! There is no real reason to use one firework over another – There’s a habituation system where spamming the same shell over and over gives fewer points (The bar at the bottom), but I opted against having tracks with specific shells like other rhythm games, wanted you to just feel the beat and be creative. Glad you liked the finale, it’s also my favorite part when playing.
Very cool idea, lots of fun to play. I enjoyed the levels, but the bosses very frustrating. First one moreso than the second, I couldn’t figure out where the hitbox was, I just kept trying and sometimes I’d score a hit. Timing was very tight on most of the levels! Bummed I didn’t get all the gems and can’t go back, but Speedrun II was just too hard to grab. Very cool mix of the fuse + swing mechanic, I’d definitely play more levels!
Cool double pun on the theme! I liked the music and shooting felt good. Was pretty frustrated by having to reload, it got better when I dumped all my coins into ammo at the first night. I felt I couldn’t go too far from my castle because if I mob touched me, I seemed to get stuck on them and die. Starting with no ammo was a good laugh.
I liked the aesthetic and music but must’ve been missing something. No matter what class I chose I got warrior, and I died on almost every fight. Made it to level 2 once, but died before I could shop. Would like to try again if there is something important I’m missing!
The idea of time as your resource sounds really appealing.
Really cool puzzle idea! Puzzles were clean and the difficulty had a great ramp. The re-launch mechanic was a fun addition and helped a lot in the later levels. The hint pop-up was a bit aggressive for me, but I think useful to get people through the game for a jam. Only real complaint was the moving background in the last level made it hard to remember where I was lining up shots since there was nothing to visually anchor to. Was a lot of fun, would play more levels!
Lots of fun! Hooked me until I got all 60 stars. Really appreciated the level select so I could go back to fix the one I accidentally skipped before fully beating. One complaint was about dragging parts from the far side and having to flip them so much. I would have liked to keep the last rotation, or summon them from number keys. But then, I guess the time pressure wouldn’t feel so strong. A+ game, I’d play this outside of a jam.
Lots of fun, my favorite so far! The quests added a lot of depth, I played through again because I burned my pizza the first time and found even more stuff. If there weren’t so many games to rate, I’d keep trying for a full completion! Only big critique is that it wasn’t clear what was/wasn’t intractable and I never found any ore.
