How does the game fit the theme?
The game is about farming mysterious seeds which may or may not contain hostile alien life inside them. Trust no one, not even your own plants.

Music, and some sounds are from bought asset packs

A very interesting and creative simulation game. I spent a lot of time playing it, and I really enjoyed the simple and charming visuals.
Once you get used to the controls, everything feels very smooth and satisfying. The upgrade system also has a surprising amount of depth, and the game as a whole already feels very complete.
It has a lot of potential, and I’d definitely love to see how it develops further.
This is a really cool game, the visuals and sound is coherent. Lacks a bit of polish but that doesn't matter because the gameplay and visual is good.
If you continue to work on this project I would suggest you to go for an top down isometric view and remake the game. Because the concept is really great and there are alot of scope.

Great art and UI visuals! This is also the type of game with good replayability especially with different strategies you could use.
I must say though, it'd be nice when the game starts, there'll be a prep phase so the player will be able to settle down and process things and its surroundings and there'll be a button or something to start the growth and enemy phase (maybe it's just me, cuz i was surprised when the green light suddenly happened and enemies appear when i wasn't prepared with the whole plants yet hahahah). It took me time to get used to the attacking too so the prep phase would really help or something. Overall, amazing work!

This is interesting! Will the plants I’ve raised attack me, or will they keep growing? It’s also great that there’s a respawn mechanic.
This is a great game, I would really enjoy seeing this become a bigger more complete game! I really liked the automation/farm aspect, and the twist that your own plants may attack you. It is really well polished for a game jam game.
This is an amazing entry and most of my concerns are pretty minor. I think the player move speed is a bit too fast and it takes too long to decelerate. The inventory bar could do with a bit more spacing above and below it which could be done by raising the ground a bit. I crashed the game on day 8 by trying to dismantle a planter which was unfortunate.
The gameplay loop is very satisfying and I really like the shop system. The art style and colour choices are nice and vibrant as well. This could easily be expanded into a full game with more plant and enemy types, buildings, weapons, etc.
