How does the game fit the theme?
The theme is trust none - we changed it a bit to trust _nobody_, everyone in this game lies to you except a character named nobody. But knowing everyone lies can also give you an advantage.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Sound effects as listed in our game description credits section

I Liked It! The Whole Vibe Of The Game Reminded Me of Those one type of story games you would play on sites like cool math and stuff very fun and funny great job!
Thanks!!
The hand-drawn art style, funny death achievements, rigged minigames, and deceitful NPC mechanics fit the "Trust NO one" theme in such a hilarious, clever way! Deceiving the player through rigged casino games and untrustworthy characters makes exploring the different dialogue paths and death achievements super entertaining.
A few UI, audio, and dialogue polish ideas for post-jam updates:
- Dialogue Skip & Re-triggering: Add a "Cancel/Exit" button or click-outside area for dialogue windows so accidentally clicking an NPC doesn't force players to re-read entire dialogue trees.
- Audio Modulation: Apply pitch randomization to the text-typewriter SFX so repeated dialogue bleeps don't feel overwhelming during longer conversations.
- Web Canvas & Screen Scaling: Fix the WebGL fullscreen toggle/canvas scaling so the UI doesn't get cut off or freeze when switching display modes on desktop or mobile.
Awesome hand-drawn visual style, hilarious deaths, and super fun narrative execution! If you get a free minute, I'd really appreciate your feedback and rating on my solo jam entry as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523
Thank you so much for taking thw time to play our game and give us such helpful feedback! Will def check ur game later today
really cool short game. it was really fun to play the minigames even if i lost everytime. The only thing i would add is like a button to exit dialogue because sometimes i clicked on the character after finishing the dialogue with him by accident and i had to do the whole dialogue again. It was great to have achivements, it's the first game i see that try such a thing, they weren't hard but finding all deaths was really funny. I would really like to play a complete version of the game maybe with more endings, more minigames, a longer lore and maybe something to punish liars and scammers. Really great game!
thanks very much for playing and giving us feedback!!
Spent way to long on the blackjack before catching on it was rigged, Really neat game but was hard to know where to click at time. Still had fun playing it!
thanks for playing!!
Cool game, theme implementation is really good and its fun to play more art work and content and that could easily published to steam)
wow thank you so much! so happy to hear you enjoyed
The game was really fun and the visuals are quite pretty, one thing I noticed though, is that I couldn't enter into fullscreen again, once I accidentally exited. But anyways, the concept is pretty interesting and there are quite funny deaths here and there.
Keep up the work!
thanks for the kind words!
That was fun, one quick thing, the exit button on web games just freezes everything so I just removed it. This Unity code works well.
thanks for the input! will def use this
Loving the creepy atmosphere and those abandoned dolls in the backgrounds, they really add to the mood. Well Done!
???
Nice game love the art style it reminds me of scratch games but better
glad you enjoyed! will check out your game soon :)
couldn't play the game properly because the game wasn't filling the whole screen had issues clicking and seeing the whole game but it seemed cool and had cool graphics
do you mean after clicking on the "fullscreen" option in the settings menu?
thanks for playing! will check out your game soon!
i am not really a narrativ based games player, but the art here was amazing:)
I'd also suggest to give a random pitch to the taking sound of the characters because hearing the same beedp over and over gets annoying fast.
thank you so much! and thanks for the input :)
will check out your game soon
thanks :)
Honestly, I really liked it; I especially appreciate that the designs look hand-drawn and retain that style. The sound accompanying the text appearing was interesting at first, though it became a bit overwhelming later on. Otherwise, it was great.
The designs are indeed hand drawn! we really like how it turned out. Text sfx was a lil much i agree. Thanks for playing! Will check out your submission later today
Well done, man I love the visuals <3
thank you! will let our artist know!
Really fun and well thought out game
Thank you!
Very good game !
Thanks very much!
Fun game! Good job on it!
thank you very much!
Super cool, loved the addition of achievements and all the dialogue that was included!
I was playing on mobile, and noticed a lot of stuff was duplicated like the signs, some characters, etc. I was still able to play through it to the end though, great job!
yea we know about the issues in mobile. Its cuz we mainly played and tested on pc and only made a mobile build since there is nothing but clicks so we knew it would work. And we also knew it would probably not look as good but as long as its actually possible to finish the game on mobile (which it is) we went along with it. Thanks for playing!!!
Really great game and fun
thank you very much for playing our game :)
