How does the game fit the theme?
Authorized Unknown is a psychological horror game set during a night shift where you can’t trust anyone on the other end of the line. You will receive messages from SYSTEM, COMMAND and UNKNOWN, and they won’t always match each other. Cameras and your screen might deceive you, putting you in charge of choosing which orders to follow, with uncertain consequences if you make a mistake.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Some shaders and the base top-down movement system were adapted from a previous game I made

Nice visuals
A solid full star in all field, i don't know how u managed to pull it in a week amazing
Thank you very much for your positive feedback!
really good game. I found the text to be going past way too quickly at times and got confused but that just might be a skill issue. i will definitely come back to play it once more and read and do everything more carefully!
also just a tip the crt effect can be too much at time so an option to turn it off might be good. really liked the animations and art style too (gave me the spooks fr fr)
Thank you very much! I will definitely think about your feedback
very well made!
Thanks!
Nice atmosphere and effects in this game, by FAR. I did find the text I was reading to feel a little off sometimes, but thankfully the bottom text tended to point me in the right direction. If you go forward with this, it might be nice to have a settings page that handles audio sliders and disabling like CRT/flash, just for accessibility. I only point this out because the music seemed loud on the main menu for me, but that's not a huge deal, just a tip. Good job, well done!
actually there is a music slider in the pause menu , you just have to press esc, i probably needed to write it somewhere😂
thank you for your feedback i appreciate it!!
If atmosphere needed to be redefined, your game would definitely pass the test. I really like the color palette too. The walking effect is really interesting, and I have a feeling I’ll come back to read the messages more carefully
I'm the artist is it really good,
A really fun game! I quite like the graphics !
thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it as it's my second jam!
Your game is really fun too!!
That was really nice! The art style and the eeriness of the atmosphere was really good! It's incredible that this was made in a week! Outstanding job!
Thanks!!! Your game is one of the best in the jam!!
Really awesome game! I love the visuals and style! Really well done!
Thank you very much!! I'm happy you liked it
Neat idea! I found it pretty confusing to understand but I like the style a lot. Well done!
Thank you very much!!! Your game is also really really good!!!
Excellent game, and alignment to the theme was wonderfully executed. I found the mechanic of the separate entities [SYSTEM], [COMMAND] and [UNKNOWN] and the constant dilemma of who to trust quite innovative. And of course, W visuals.
Thank you very much!! Your game is also amazing!
Thanks you very much!!! Your gamr is really really good also!
Lovely, appreciate your rating buddy!
Just gave you a follow
Ngl the whole “nothing is reliable” thing was handled really well. The contradictions between the voices + the camera feeds made me second guess basically everything 😂 Really enjoyed the atmosphere and how the game slowly messes with your trust. Great job y’all!
Thank you very much!! Your game is also incredible!
I think that settles it. I am afraid of playing horror games lol. I played 2-3 horror games in my entire life and all that time was mid-day. I need the lights mann :D Anyway I liked the gameplay. Great job!
