10/10 game! Absolute gem! no notes!

Really enjoyed playing through this. Got me trying to get a high-score (34) lol.  Reading the ads promises vs what's behind was funny. Never got bored, so really well done, great job!

Wow, really good game !

The tutorial is impressive, it work perfectly to teach all the basic of the game without feeling boring.

And the mechanics are goods, would have love more variety in the upgrade and I think you may need to add a false random to the choice of the add, was sad to have multiple time the same in a row

Developer

Thank you! Fully agree with the false random, could make it a lot better.

I enjoyed this one! Though my aim sucks, it was still a fun experience. Love the art too!

Great game, very fun, cool concept, great interpretation! Really, really good stuff

This was a really good game. It was fun, and satisfying. I especially liked the audio. But personally, the writing in the tutorial was a bit annoying to read with the lined effect, but it wasn't that bad. So overall, I think this is a great game!

this game is awesome, really love the art direction, but my aim sucks lol

Who needs aimlabs, when you can use this game as practice

Submitted

That was a blast! My aim was pretty awful but I still cleared 30 ads. Great job!

Submitted

Damn, this is the best game, as a solo dev, this is very impressive, well done!

Submitted

Shoot ! i never knew my aim was this bad, but i had a blast.

The ads were funny and memorable, I just wish I had more time to read them! Excellent implementation of the theme

I think the gameplay loop is really fun and I really like how you can get upgrades. I also really liked the art

Great idea and implementation of the theme! I really enjoyed it. Reminds me of WarioWare, but I could see it being expanded to a full game with more Ad art and abilities.

Also the Ads themselves were great, some great art as well! The general vibe is great.

Only issue (possibly a skill issue) I could not figure out how to break the metal signs, like the one at the end of the tutorial? Also the tutorial itself was fun to play, which is rare!

Overall huge praise, 5 stars.

Developer

Appreciate the review!
The metal signs are gone once you shoot the screws that hold them in place, you'll find a screw on each side of the sign.

ah that makes sense. Some feedback on this (maybe the bullet bouncing off) would be useful imo.

But still really enjoyed this one 😄

This game was really fun, creative, and even educational too! The use of ads as the enemies in the game fits the theme well & the elements of the ad that you needed to target also is a bit informative of what one might want to take note of when viewing an advertisement online. The mechanics as well were simple but really fun & allows for a lot replayability as well, whether it be trying out different upgrades to learning more about what to target in each run. Good job!

Simple but well-polished! I really liked your take on “trust no one.”
Now I’m just waiting for the AdBlock DLC

Submitted

45 ads, yes! it gets really tricky to hit the bolts on the moving ads later on, oof!

A brilliant idea combined with really fun gameplay!
