How does the game fit the theme?
There are many people you have to decide whether to trust or not. You have to be verrrry careful because despite how safe it looks, you can die quite easily if you're not careful.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Virtual Joystick DX from the Godot asset library for the mobile joystick, otherwise nothing else.

Thanks for playing the game! The place you died at, the book says that the poison that puts on an orange facade can be neutralised by an acidic substance in the stomach. However, if you ever decide to play the game again, just keep in mind that the correct poison and the corresponding book you get is randomised between each run. Thanks again!
During this JAM event, this game is sure to leave a deep impression on me - both in terms of the music and the performances. I have already given you my rating.
I'd like to hear your opinion about our game. Thank you!!

I really like the tutorial interface at the start of the game — walking around while reading the text prompts. Each character is designed to be quite memorable, and I especially like that NPC with the red hat that has a white 'M' on it.
This is actually fun and impressive for 2 people working on the game! Drank a lot of orange juice, got distracted. Nice job
Got bazooka'd in the end but this was pretty fun and intriguing! The puzzles were satisfying and the characters were funny too.
Great stuff!
This is a very cute game, I enjoyed the characters and dialogue. Good job!
I really like the tutorial you made! I think that’s an important thing that a lot of people tend to forget.
The game itself was a bit text-heavy for my taste, and art-wise, the proportions felt a bit funky. But I assume the art wasn’t your main focus on this one anyway.
The riddles is amazing and the art is unique
Such an underrated game
Love the character design! The music is really catchy too. Also appreciated the pig pen inclusion
real wacky, in a good way.
i liked the riddles and the unique art and writing :)
good job & good luck!
agree with others on saying that the game shouldn't fully restart. great game overall, loved all the puzzles.
I enjoyed playing this game! I like the pixel-y art style and the puzzles you chose to implement. I also think your game fits the theme. I have to say, though, that I did not make it to the end because every time you make a mistake you have to start aaaall over again. This game would've greatly benefitted from some kind of save system so you don't have to do EVERY riddle from the start. But I enjoyed my time with it nonetheless! ^^
