I think more time should have been spent on the graphics. Everything's a bit jumbled and hard to read. The cards being black with a big bubble font for the numbers was especially difficult to see

Just like most comments said, interesting gameplay and mechanics that probably needed more time to complete than it looks like. Only downside is the UI and visuals but not bad considering you did it on the last day. Just a slight improvement on that and the game would present itself better to the player.
The gameplay is very interesting and fits the theme really well. I spent quite a lot of time playing it, and the whole process of outsmarting and competing against the opponent was genuinely intense and exciting.
The visual style is a little unusual, but I personally really liked it.
I don't really know how to play poker so a tutorial would be nice. The colors are very chaotic and vibrant. The " Bet, Call, Fold" are quite big thus I wasn't able to view the cards on the bottom right properly. Good job making the game!
Poker is always fun! I think some of the icons, mainly under the card values, were hard to see! I also couldn't read all of the text on the power cards because when I selected them they were still overlapped by the other power cards or off the screen. So it took some experimenting to learn what was going on. Regardless, it was very stylish, I loved the background!
Cute visuals but coulndt use the power up cards other than that great job
no Idea what was going on, kinda just folded until the end, then bet it all? I think i won
I really like it though! I think I would rather have a physical stack of cool looking chips, and maybe a more fitting back of the cards? (they look cool, are just quite busy though, and personally i think takes away from the experience)
Congrats on the game!
You pretty much hit the ‘trust no one’ spot on with this.
Couple things I feel are worth mentioning, if not as an improvement for this one, to keep in the back of your mind for the next one.

I would suggest you have the selected power-up card be moved to the front (in the z-axis, so its drawn on top of the others), or have some sort of pop up, on selection or hover to the card can be properly read. And some of the cards could do with a more detailed description of their effects.

The black background for the cards was a poor choice with the black font for the notifications.
Me when I play Texas Hold 'Em but I also have a crippling addiction to shrooms and also like having Lofi girl on in my headphones.
Poker is pretty much the ultimate real-world "trust no one" scenario.
Adding a quick UI indicator for hand rankings or card odds right on the table would make it even smoother for casual players.
Loved the music, very chill. Also the art style, which is unique and original.
Music was really pleasant to listen to while playing and poker is an awesome choice for this jam!
