The most unrealistic part about this game is that the blind boxes are only 5$ lol. This was really fun, opening the boxes was fun and I really got into trying to get the golden one. I also really like the designs, they're very cute. Really fun game!

I was going to ask how this fit the jam. But I realized during gameplay that it fits the theme perfectly. Someone could argue that it evens breaks the fourh wall :) . It's a great game! And for a first game? This is really solid. Keep it up!

thank you so much for playing! well, to be honest i also not sure if this game fits the theme... except the story / narratives, the gameplay doesn't really scream "trust no one". haha! but i had fun making a game in a very short time! i even impress myself that i have playable game in a week! haha! what's your take on the theme trust no one?

This was good and quite addictive. I wasn’t able to get the Golden Lalapoopoo after a bunch of playthroughs so I’m starting to wonder if it’s even real and I shouldn’t even trust the developer or anybody that says the Golden Lalapoopoo is real.

Thank you so much for playing! it happens to me too, when i want to test a sound effects that plays when the Golden lalapoopoo appear, i couldn't get it at all. but when i test play for other things, i got it. haha. but i assure you there is 1 out of 100 chance of getting the golden lalapoopoo.

That’s really cute!

Well done on this first jam :) it works well as a mini-game. That feeling of opening a box and waiting for the surprise really comes across. I would have liked to see more comments and ‘rumours’ about whether or not the golden lalapopo was there (to reinforce the theme!), but it’s already really cool.

This was great! Loved the satire and found the dialogue and general setup quite funny. The wiggle and sound conveyed the opening of a box really well. Made you wanna open a whole bunch of them.

Let's hope you don't actually get into the business of viral consumerist trends, or otherwise you might end up making a lot of people poor with your Lalapoopoos!

If I see another Peachy lalapoopoo again I will SCREAM hahaha. Cute idea, good job with your first jam! It would be cool if you also incorporated a selling aspect - maybe a stock market type thing and you gotta sell your lalapoopoos at the right time to make profit (for more lalapoopoos)
