I didnāt find any bugs chef!
Super nice and clean, skillās are showing strong here. I really like the take on the limitation, and that might be my favorite take on the theme too since it teached me something: I didnāt know mooncakes were a seasonal delight š
As much as I enjoyed the game, for me the randomness was more on the frustrating side, and I found myself going back and forth on multiple occasions trying to have the right mooncake. I like how the hidden cake is switched, donāt get me wrong, but I wouldāve like a bit more controle, or predictability, over the sorting mooncake?
Itās a mere detail, beside that I had quite a good time, it played super smoothly, and the puzzle were tricky without being unsolvables!

Hey thanks for playing and finding bugs!
The mooncakes do rotate in a deterministic order (Red Bean -> Lotus -> Matcha -> Mixed Nuts -> Snow Skin -> Back to Red Bean). The details is on the Mooncakes reference sheet but I guess we could also put arrows on the cover thing to indicate the mooncakes change in that circular order.

MOONCAKES! Oh man.. I wanna eat some now.
Very interesting puzzle! I like the mooncake designs and the music. So cozy and chill.
Imma be honest, though. Because there was no penalty for moving around a lot, I relied on luck than logic for the hard puzzles

I think if you do add a limit to the movements, it would make players pay attention more to the conditions. Or have rewards for less movements!
It's a lovely, cozy relaxing game! Amazing job!

I did not think about having a limited move counter, seems like an interesting idea. But I felt that the goal of this game is to just try to fulfil the criteria on the right HUD rather than having to also complete the criteria within a set move. Because the criteria by itself has a lot of experimenting, so it may not be fun to limit the number of moves. However, I think adding move counter as a score could still be a fun idea, so you can always go back to the same level and try to beat the previous move counter.
Fun, unique puzzle game. It kept me occupied for a while. I can't think of anything wrong with it!
One of the most delightful puzzle concepts Iāve played recently! The cozy autumn vibe and mooncake theme are executed so well. The game has a very clever puzzle mechanic too. Even after getting completely stumped on a level, I walked away super impressed!! Couldn't exactly finish it ahaha... But still!! Very good!!!
What a beautiful and well themes game!! The fact that mooncakes (if I remember right) is traditionally made in Autumn is perfect and the limitation is used in such a fun and smart way! I have to admit I suck at puzzlegames so I got stuck on a level, but enjoyed it either way! I could so see this as a full fledge game people would buy!!
I got excited when I read the title! What a clever way to implement the limitation and the art and music add to the vibe. This puzzle idea has a lot of potential. It's a simple idea but gets difficult quickly! The only thing I might like to see added to this is a move counter for each level so players can try to beat their own high score. Really enjoyed this one.
What a perfect puzzle game! I want to try all of these mooncakes. If you release the game, you should include a recipe book with each purchase, haha. The artwork was perfect, and I had a lot of fun.
Lovely artwork, very impressive. I got stuck at Mooncake Order 4. It seems that I need to get the mooncake orders to match up with the puzzle here. Good use of the limitation here by changing the flavor when the mooncakes are covered.
After testing a couple of time I did feel Level 4's difficulty felt a bit out of place compared to Level 3 and 5. It was also added closer to the submission deadline. Thanks for the feedback.
Super fun and addicting!! This game is making me hungry and wanting to try mooncakes :O
Some of the wording i kept getting back to front, where i put a certain mooncake on the right of the other but it needed to be the other way round if that makes sense, maybe i just suck at reading tho lol
Great game :)
Thanks for playing! We did consider using symbols instead of texts and it turned out to be even more confusing. Will try to find a better solution next time but for this game jam, text is probably the best way for now.
A lovely puzzle game, the controls are smooth and the sounds feel nice. A very polished game overall. Nicely done!
Wow. I absolutely love puzzle games, and this one was fantastic. The controls were snappy and felt good, and the puzzle design was amazing! Really had me thinking there. The limitation is used so wonderfully here! I would definitely play more! Great work.
Was a pleasant surprise to see mid-autumn festival-related content! My inputs felt responsive, and I appreciate the variety of input mapping offered. The puzzles had a good amount of variation and weren't too hard. Very well done!
I LOVE puzzle games, and this is a great, well-polished entry! Well done!
I really like it , nice concept and use of limitation ! The puzzle is really good and can be decline in many ways, good job !
Creative puzzle mechanic, loved it!
Great puzzle game! The art is really lovely. Clever and solid game!
Nice art, music, and theming! The puzzling was pretty fun and I found the increasing and changing requirements to be pretty interesting to keep in mind. The relaxing music really helped when I was stuck on any level. I appreciate that the requirements were pretty direct and not too convoluted and would light up green if it was fulfilled too!
Thanks for playing! Originally the requirements were going to be in symbols because my friends were complaining too much reading but turns out the symbols made it even more confusing so we just went back to the original.
Love the game, don't see much game on mid autumn festival. Everything are well polish and the gameplay is addictive, although I only manage got to order 10 before the brain just short circuit and randomly switch them. Will definitely come back to the game when I have more time.
Also on a completely unrelated side note matcha mooncake is a heresy. (Not really)
I'm surprised there's not many mid-autumn festival games too. Thanks for trying the game, it does get quite hard towards the end with the final few levels having 6 conditions to fulfill. Feel free to come back and try again!
Great puzzle game, the levels were very fun to play through! i love the music especially :)
Thanks for playing! The composer did a great job with the music.
