That "Disgusting!" voice line cracked me up, lmao. The limitation really stood out here. I love how everything just resets when you look away. Gosh, I wish that worked in real life lol. I was just throwing things to the side knowing they'd be neatly put back where they belonged. Messed up a pie? Just turn around and pretend it never happened XD. The cooking was fun too, and the pies look pretty darn good! Nice relaxing gameplay loop, and I liked the cozy kitchen atmosphere. Seriously though, where can I get this magical cleaning ability?

Those pies sure look tasty. This was a simple yet relaxing game and I enjoyed my time with it alot. Nice work.
First in advance: You mentioned performance problems on older devices. I have high end specs, but realized the issue only persitted in Fullscreen where it literally was unplayably laggy but was fine in windowed mode. Maybe it helps.
For the feedback: Fun little game that made good use of the limitation! If you want to develop it further I could see some overcooked timed action happening and maybe some elements that make it harder or make it ahrd to keep the cake in frame.
Overall fun and cool looking game!
Pretty fun game that has a lot of expansion possibility. What if you have to attend a phone order while having to watch over the pie? I think having customer's patience bar will make for a more fast pace gameplay, because right now it's completely casual which is fine but some players would like to have a bit of a challenge. The pies look really detailed and delicious, and on top of that some chill music makes it really a chill and relaxing game. I do like the idea of having to constantly watch over your pie, it can add some interesting gameplay to it if more features are added.
I love this! Very true to life as I made 4 pies on Friday. I would have missed the funny voice line had I not read the other comments XD that put a smile on my face. I enjoyed making the pies and props for using the limitation well I thought it worked. It's all very cozy and I enjoyed my time in the kitchen. Well done!
I liked the game. It was fun seeing that basically I'm a baby without sense of object permanence (or someone with TDAH)
The art and menus are neat, the gameplay is good and the gameplay is clear.
However I feel that the gameplay gets too easy when you get the idea of everything outside the screen instanctly disappearing. An idea to make it different, if you allow me, would be to have more than 1 order at a time with a time constraint and items disappearing if you have them unattended for a couple of time, instead of instanctly. Kinda a First Person Overcooked, tho.
Anyways, good entry, had fun with it! :)
We actually hadn't considered how much a lack of object permanence fits ๐
On the multiple-orders-to-introduce-challenge point, we ultimately decided to go with a single order for the more relaxed vibes, but totally could see it as an alternate mode of sorts for those who seek it. Overcooked was actually a huge inspiration for us as well!
Thanks for playing!
I love the "disgusting" dialogue line when you turn in the incorrect pie. Man that guy stealing pie is fast, I haven't caught him once. Nice game!
