Nice and cleverly designed puzzles!
It was mostly easy to figure out what to do and solving it felt very rewarding!

Probably a skill issue, but it was very trial and error how I place the lanterns and light it up :D

Cozy game right in the fells!

I feel like expanding on it you could go in the direction of unpacking where you tell a story by just showing the room itself and how it's changing over time and end with yourself being the elderly giving it to the next generation.

I liked it and thanks for the submission.

Very nice idea/concept and well put together in the short duration of the jam!
Has great potential in case you want to keep working on it post jam.

My main suggestion would be to tone down the foot steps and to give a visual indicator as your inventory capacity as it was a bit confusing bevore you checked the upgrade book for the first time.

Other than that nice cozy game and was fun to play!

Fun submission for the autumn theme!

Sadly I couldn't test the multiplayer, but I added some points as it looks fun.

It took me surprisingly long to find my first candy but maybe that was skill issue probably :D

First in advance: You mentioned performance problems on older devices. I have high end specs, but realized the issue only persitted in Fullscreen where it literally was unplayably laggy but was fine in windowed mode. Maybe it helps.

For the feedback: Fun little game that made good use of the limitation! If you want to develop it further I could see some overcooked timed action happening and maybe some elements that make it harder or make it ahrd to keep the cake in frame.

Overall fun and cool looking game!

I liked the game for its genre as I love Stardew Valley and similar games. The art and music was nice and the atmosphere was good and fitting for the Jam!

The idea of it is nice to invest in so from a fan of the concept here are the top 5 things that would be a priority for me which I'd love to see:

  • Add diagonal movement
  • Add a way to see what the items in your inventory are (if there are I'm sorry I didn't see it)
  • Tune down the sound of steps/soundeffects. They felt a bit overtuned and you have solid music to fill the void.

Overall a good idea and fun concept and I'd love to see it being further developed! :)
