Yeah there's only 2 so if your money goes below a certain amount whether its from gambling or scammers you get the debt ending but if u don't go below it after a period of time you get the other one.

You got three? There's two unless ones been conjoured from thin air.🤔

But yeah hopefully I can get the changes done before uni starts for the update regarding all the feedback everyone has provided us.

Thank you for playing the game and bringing the bug to our attention we appreciate it!

Yeah that is a bug we thought we fixed but then I playtests it again and found it again. I plan on fixing it once voting ends. Sorry about that🥲

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah I would of liked to to add multiple endings and make the win condition to be the grandma buy the present rather than just not loose your money for a certain amount of time but due to the amount of time I couldn't get that done sadly. And regarding the window management I also agree since it does get annoying opening and closing the tabs to get them on top. I plan on doing an update so I will talk to the other dev so we can get that working. But thank you again for the feedback!

I've stared at the monkey for a while I still see him when I close my eyes.
After playing the game 3 times because I fell into the red abyss and was so confused on what I was supposed to do till I found out that it goes from 2D to 3D before you fall from reading the comments and I am so blind I have no idea how I didn't notice that when it's so obvious when it switches...

A personal nit-pick of mine is that the walk back and forth feels too long as it hard to tell how fast/far you are since the background is all the same.

I love the credit scene when you finish the game the song that plays is the ghostbusters song lmao I love that so much XD. Small issue is that once the credits ends the song is still playing but the song from the main menu overlaps it and they both play at the same time. However, well done to you guys keep up the good work!

Wow the art is truly amazing and I also really like the music as it really fits the game. The game is very fun, I could sit here and play this for ages great job to you guys you did amazing!

Slight issue is that it was kind of laggy for me playing on the web version so if you guys ever release an executable I would love to play it again without the lag.

(PS. I need that microwave.)

We need 1 more rating to hit 20 so we would really appreciate it!

Thank you happy to hear that it means a lot! :)

Thank you happy to hear that! :)

Yeah like I said to get this done in a week is an achievement in itself so I understand there are parts you couldn't add. Looking forward to future update and see the improvements!

Thank you!

I notice that the game is aimed for controller which I do like since I play souls like games on controller but for game jams that are mainly keyboard and mouse base it would be nice to see what the controls are on keyboard. Since you use UE there's a subsystem called Input Device Subsystem that can check what device is being used and you can change the instructions shown depending on the device being used. I also think it  would be nice to see what the controls for the game where in game as the only indication shown was "A" to interact. That way the player doesn't have to go back and forth to the itch page to see the controls.

At times the combat also felt awkward being restricted by the stamina a lot as I felt like I lost it all super quick and regained it back very slowly having to wait a while before I got 50% back.

I also got lost a lot since it all looks the same but eventually I managed to find the boss after aimlessly wandering. While I get that the campfires lead the way because they aren't very noticeable in contrast to the environment it's hard to tell where you are.

However, I liked the music at the beginning and once you defeat the boss as it fit the vibe of the game and was really nice to hear. I also liked the in game UI as it fits what the game is going. I will admit I did not expect to find a souls like game in a game jam but it was pretty well made considering the amount of time we had and I think you guys did a good job and can definitely see the potential there keep it up!!

The art is so gorgeous it would do the game injustice to give it anything other than 5 stars for visuals. I also like how you did the dialogue tree as it reminds me of Disco Elysium. The audio in the game is also really well done and I really like how each character has a different audio for when they speak making it distinct to one another. The music really adds to the "detective" vibe the game gives off making me want to investigate and get to the bottom of it. I also liked that the more you got into the story the main room began to get more filled up making the game feel more lively. The game is very well polished given the amount of time you'd think this was done in more than a week. Phenomenal job to you guys the game is amazing I loved it!

Ooh I like the secret ending ideas that would be cool to do I shall talk about that with the team thanks for the suggestion and regarding the window management I agree it needs some work.  Thanks for the comments I am happy you you liked it, it means a lot to hear!:)

The art is really good and the music is phenomenal I could sit here and listen to it all day. However I did, find the game quite confusing and got stuck quite a few times but the game looks amazing good job!

Thank you I shall not disappoint you!! :)

Thank you so much for the kind words really happy to hear and means a lot! And yeah the windows can definitely be improved but due to time we couldn't make it so u can bring windows Infront when u click on them but I will try get that sorted for the single update cuz I agree it gets annoying closing and reopening everything🥲 But thanks again it means a lot!

Thank you that's really nice of you to say sadly I only plan on updating it once since I start uni soon and going to be busy with that and some more jams I plan on joining but I am really happy to hear you enjoyed it. Maybe in the future I might come back an expand since there was things we wanted to add but didn't' due to time but not sure at the moment.

The atmosphere in the game is very well done that even I felt anxious myself ngl. Personally felt the game was a little bit too long and would of liked it to be a bit shorter but game is well made good job!

This game scratched an itch I didn't know I had. I found myself continuously playing to find good Jem stones and when I opened the ones I got and made profit getting A rank I just kept wanting to scratch that itch again. Very fun game would play again good job!

I really like the movement in this game it feels really good to wall run dash and repeat to gain momentum. I also really like the gun reloading animation it's satisfying to do so whilst doing the platforming I will just be reloading even though I'm max ammo. Some slight nit-pick I have is that I feel like the enemies have too high of health or the gun doesn't deal enough damage as I feel like the game is meant to be a fast paced game and I felt my self slowing down when it came to enemies since it took them 5+ shots to die. But the game was very fun I enjoyed playing it good job!

Yeah I was going to add instructions but then I had a last minute trip sprung on me before I could add more so I plan on adding a bit more  after the jam is over but it kind of works in our favour a bit since a grandma doesn't really know what to do on the internet? But I am happy you liked it happy to hear!

I know its been said a lot but the art direction in this game is truly phenomenal I am so glad it came up whilst I was scrolling the submissions. Not only is the art amazing but the music really adds to the tone of the game . The puzzles  got me actually using my brain which I liked. Great job!

The main menu was genius and I loved it a lot. The art is beautiful and for 3 days this is really well made wow! Well done!

I really like how you play as the dealer rather than playing as a player like how majority of card games do. I also really like the art and music and think they fit well with the vibe of the game and like the small touches added like changing the player image to a crying one when they loose or the random roaches crawling on the table. Game was fun and well made good job!

The art and music are great and really fit the vibe of the game. I loved it when I gave the last guy the boots the dude just spun into the abyss that made me laugh. I also really like the dialogue system in the game giving the player different options to reply with. Only slight issue I personally had was that I felt as if I was skating on ice when I walked and felt as if I would glide a bit when I wanted to stop but that's a personal nit-pick of mine. Other than that fun game great job!

To be honest I am not really sure what the goal is and how it fits the theme but like any jam it is up to how the devs interpret it. It took me a while to realise I had to shoot all the girls as I thought I had to look out for ones that where suspicious but I had fun shooting them and I would play it again for sure to get a higher score. Do think that adding a leader board for the top 10 high scores would be a nice addition to give players a incentive to play more. But yeah fun game good job!

The art style is amazing I love it especially the main menu it looked really cool. While yeah I had a major skill issue and kept getting my ass handed to me I would of liked to see more variety of enemies or some new attacking patterns as it did end up feeling a bit repetitive after a while since it was the same thing again. But overall great, fun game great job!

I like the art and animation in the game and the slight animation for when you hover over the buttons in the main menu. Regarding the menu I feel like rather than have the "Hi fiora" text you can have that section contain the buttons to fit the menu better rather than have them on top of the bulbs making it look a bit better and adding a gunshot sound for when you click can add some more feedback which would be nice. I will admit I am unsure on what I am meant to be doing and found that the reload wouldn't work well as I pressed R and it would reload even after spamming it but then randomly I would get my ammo back after some random time. After reading some replies it appears there's a delay? If so some audio to indicate to the player or a simple text that says "reloading" for the amount of time it reloads would help to communicate that to the player. However good job on your first game jam I can tell you guys will do great keep up the good work!

Rip to my cookie that was eaten countless times due to my slow hearing

Game was very fun! I found myself not get bored once as each level it gets herder making me think about the buns more as you can accept brides or give it away depending on the conditions rather than throw it away as more rules are added. I love the art style for the game as well it really adds to it making it more enjoyable to look it and play. I also liked the audio and the random stuff the guy says making the game feel a bit more lively. Great job!

Did not expect it to be so well polished not only was there a lot to do content wise but also having the option to have different languages is amazing. There was a slight issue I had where the text at the beginning of the game was too fast for me to read (yeah I am a slow reader) so I couldn't read what most of it said just the beginning of each line since before I reached the end it got to the next one so I think by doing what you did with the other dialogue where you have to press space to go to the next one would be nice. But other than that the game was super fun and I like the music and art style that accompanies the game and fits it  well. Great job!

Thank you for the thought out feedback that is super helpful and I will take a look into it. I plan on updating it once since I start uni soon but I will take all the feedback into consideration for the single update so the game can be polished. Also happy you enjoyed the game it means a lot to hear that, even you mentioning the small details makes me glad we put time into them! Thank you for playing the game and I for sure will give yours a go!

Lmao you just made me realise my mom needs this so she can train to not get scammed either haha. But I am happy you enjoyed it it means a lot to hear that! :))

The game is fun and really fits the game as I couldn't trust anything shown and just sent it and hoped for the best in the later rounds cause I suck at thinking critically and figuring out which is the real door. Would definitely play it again and I like how as the game progresses the lines aren't repeated but each line is different making the game not get boring. Only issue is that once their dialogue was gone I had no way to get it back and reread what they had said and since I have shit memory I kind of just randomly guessed.

I love the references in this game and the things you can do. I think I spent majority of the game just playing cookie clicker.  Good job!

I am confused on what the aim of the game really is and a chunk of the HUD got cut off making it difficult to read the text on the bottom right as when I made the screen bigger the size of the game stayed the same size. For a first game good job on joining a game jam and taking on the challenge I can tell you guys will improve the more you challenge yourselves :) I will suggest to try not to follow more tutorials moving forwards though (not saying you can't watch them of course you can) but rather than follow them jus watch them and after you watch them try take away parts that you can use and come up with something yourself using what you learnt that way you don't fall in tutorial hell. Keep up the good work!
