I'm outta there! 1:53 I'd like to see someone beat that 💪
In my playthrough it was all mohawk guys trying to reach out and grab me.

I sprinted and abused the different levels of elevation so I experienced it more as a speedrun than a stealth game 🌪️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 🥷

The vibe did get me thinking that a bleak, corporate environment with brutalist architecture and muted grey colors makes for an excellent horror vibe, in my brain set in a Soviet prison or corporate park.

Haha I think your game was much more on theme and one of my original ideas was more of a CCTV horror game like 4 nights with fozzy bear so I'm glad I got to play your game with it. I think there's something cool about CCTV/CRT flickering/effects 📺📺

Thank you for the feedback! I'll definitely fix the performance with at least a graphics toggle (I cooked too much with post-processing) and see if a downloadable version helps.
Stinky bot! I will practice enemy navigation that is so frustrating sorry for the silly bot sneaking off stage. Or give up and make exclusively floating eye probe type enemies only (no navmesh  stuff to worry about just float to player ezpz)

Original idea had you avoiding killing "healthy" bots and a replay that incorporated betray. Plus there's some theme stuff with the narrator later on in the game but if I busted level 5 most people probably won't see it 😭

thanks for coming to my TED talk, I'm checking ur game out now and feeling nostalgic for OG halo. I'll probably have a dream tonight set in Blood Gulch.

Ooop! I fell off only once during playtesting and did respawn. I was a lot more agressive with graphics and post-processing and loading levels so I will take that as a lesson learned and make the game run better on lower-end machines next time, thank you!

Your game was so chill and cozy which I do not usually experience from game jam puzzle games, your characters had a lot of character I liked Bolp especially, say wazzup to him next time you take a trip to Friend Island 🙋🙋‍♀️

Yayyyyy! Very cute puzzle and you introduce the different mechanics as characters which I think is both smart and well-paced. Your art is real cute too, puzzle games are usually stressful for me but this one was so cozy and onboarded me gently so I was chilled out, nice work!

EVEN BETTER 💪🥇 💪

Your game way great! I was thinking of making a tactile game so I'm glad I got to play yours and send many loyal customers their shipments of jumping beans 🫘💨

Haha so tactile! Well done, it feels good to switch switches and stamp stamps and to BURN mimics in the incinerator.

This uh, totally normal package of jumping beans for some reason was rejected but other than that great!

I am jealous of your intro sequence and can't wait until I have a game idea that let's me justify an interactive 3d menu that uses a camera zoom to get into the game when you click on it, I am INSPIRED by your game's strong opening sequence!

Cinematic intro and I LOVE an interactive 3d menu. I half-expected to pick up the phone to start the game. Shooting myself was a surprisingly effective strategy💥 🤯 🔫

Thank you! I have been considering making a physics game, especially one with destructible physics and I think your game has pushed me over the edge to do it 💥🚗

Fellow space stationer! Your station was much brighter and friendlier 🎨 despite being filled with poison gas imminently ☠️💨.

Wowee so bright !
I speed ran it and was able to complete a run in about 26.7 seconds (I'm estimating based on my body's internal clock) so I challenge anyone to try and beat that 😤💪

Thank you! I saw a Samantha the other day and because I've played your game I knew to stay far away 🫸🏃‍♀️

Bless your heart for making a web game and adding controller support 🙏.
Grampy Gramps Jr. The III! Great stuff I think you should keep making games!

I pushed the block guy on level 3 into the spikes even though that was not at all required.
If he had a family please notify them on my behalf.
Nice work! I dread 2d puzzle platformers in game make me feel stupid in 2 ways but this was built smartly and I extra appreciate a way to opt out of logic puzzles (I did actually solve some tho :))

Quick and enjoyable with a nice jaunty tune.
Impressive this was made by only -2 people. Does * mean multiply or something else?

Haha not trusting the next person who tells me they're "just a normal guy".
I had fun horsing around, nice work! 👏👏

How many discs do I need to collect to beat that level 💿💿?
Challenging and cute game, nice work ya'll 👏

How did you make the destructible physics?
It's entertaining to blast away chunks and see pieces fly away at random vectors 💥💥

Haha I made sure the water was running every time I walked by and was hard punished. I like the synth music that played toward the end and good job with the PS1 style graphics, they certainly do mesh well with the horror genre.
Freaking Samantha, all zombies are now Samanthas to me.
👏👏

https://superslop.itch.io/no1 First 3 levels playable lemme know what I should work on first to fix if ur talking playtesting and i'll tell u what I think u should work on
If u mean just regular play then I'll just regular play :)

https://superslop.itch.io/no1 3 levels playable right now, I am struggling this game jam, sloppy sloppy sloppy (which is on brand ;)

Very hard! I have been stuck! I don't understand how to make progress after 20 minutes and I want to! The core loop is interesting!
I get the panel with 4 colors lit up and then have no earthly idea what  I can do.
Unlocking anything feels good and I read Mr_Cook's comment but still am totally stuck, even with trial and error😵

The buttons feel so good to press and it feels so good to make progress though, if someone posts a walkthrough (probably has to be video or written well) where I can get unstuck I will come back and try to beat it, I am determined!!

Thank you fellow narrative warioware-esquer (maybe we need a better term). Totally true, and it was NOT intentional. The later (lower levels) are usually a larger version of the original levels but I think specifically the multiple versions (ghost versions) level the second level was easier than the original because you just drop the stapler in the chute.

Your game was one of my faves, I hope to see u in future jams!

You are so smart and I am so dum. I failed the snooze minigame I think a million times before I realized you are supposed to NOT. In my defense what friend group is waking up at 5:30am to see a movie, your friends are CRAZY.

Adorable narrative warioware-esque and it was so smart to let me practice the minigames so you can practice minigames if you can't handle the time pressure originally OR IF YOU BRAIN HAS TRAINED YOU TO PRESS BUTTONS AND YOU CAN'T HELP YOURSELF.

Anyways great job, this was one of my fave games from the jam!

Thank u! Your game was the bomb and surprisingly soothing 💣💣💥

BOOM!

Cute concept I found bomb defusal pretty relaxing ironically.

I was worried for the main character as soon as I saw this:

Hooray, that past version concept was my favorite and I had too much fun voicing the coworkers. Your game was tight, I think I learned a thing or two about level transitions for my next game from it 🤓📝

Fellow voice actors! Good to see u (and hear u 👂🧏🧏‍♀️)

Voice acting hooray! There's even echoey voice acting when you're inside the house what the heck, excellent!

Rip 2 my boi Josh.

Short and sweet narrative, it's a nice change of pace from repeatable core loops since that's the general game jam advice.

Good job guys!

Thank u! That cat pack didn't stand a chance with my rat strat 🐀🐀🪇

Congratulations on your game development journey!
I was able to beat level 2 before the game froze 💪💪

🐀🐀 I love lil rats, they're so cute. I like that movie where there's the rat that makes that guy do cooking and hides in his hat, keep it up!

I got a windows computer and played ur game!!
I found a shortcut check this out:

I have died 121 times to spikes 🪒.
Thanks for adding the signs 🪧↗️➡️↘️↙️⬆️. With a lot of platformers I don't know where to go, especially levels that have you jump off screen.

I could NOT beat level 2 but I tried! Going fast felt good, I think with input buffering I'd be able to zoom thru the levels with the larger platforms.

Nice work!

I LOVE 2 PARTY! Tell ur friends.
And phew, I just barely made it!
I love a short game and this definitely hit the spot, good variety yet I can understand what to do pretty quickly.

Are the chips TOSTITOS???

I did not expect to have a good time playing a 2d speedrunner platformer but I did. I think I simply love getting upgrades so much it was a powerful enough counterbalance. Thanks!

Omg I didn't think I was gonna be able to beat the last level.

Upgrades feel good and I didn't love replaying levels when I lost at first but if you replay a level with an upgrade it feels goood and you feel like a speed runner.

Also nice try, but I closed my browser tab 19 seconds after taking this screenshot so I did escape 😤🎉:

Thank you, your game had beautiful 3d models and "hand"-crafted (hehe it's a pun).
I was pretty irresponsible with not getting playtesters this time around, I think you're totally right 👉

If ya'll add multiplayer to your game I have 3 requests:
1. Let players high-five each other
2. Let players donate fingers
3. When the second player joins say "This is getting out of hand! Now, there are two of them!"
