It's a super creative idea and it's unbelievably polished.
The countdown really makes you think fast and puts a player under pressure (in a good way).
Very impressive. With a good length and interesting mechanics atop of a base.
The only suggestion i have is that the shop should display prices under items, without need to point on them with mouse first.
One of my favorite games in this jam so far!

Very creative game, love the art style, it feels very cohesive with the music and the narrative. Would love a little more variation at the firsts enemies, or a difficult curve that introduce new concepts earlier on the game, it fell a little repetitive until the hidden value of the bullets come in (was thinking about maybe enemies with more or less than 3 bullets, for example). Otherwise, very great game, congrats!

Cute art game and exciting ideas. I like the way you set up the countdown timer to make the players need to think fast asap to choose the weapon. It's too rushed, man =)))) The music... Awesome 😮 Good work!

Very good game, it's looks like everything is plolished, but it's a bit simple. 8/10

Developer

I was planning to add some maps and events to add more depth, but not enough time to draw the sprites, so hope that might make the game a bit more interesting when implemented. Thank you for playing!

Got to round 6 on attempt 1, went back and read the description, won on attempt 2. Favorite game of the jam so far. Everything about it was great. I really love these games that require quick thinking and reactions.

“Favorite game of the jam so far” is a comment I’ve always wanted to receive at least once in my life! And I am so happy to hear that you cleared the game, although it may have been a bit of a journey. Really appreciate your comment! Thank you!

Wow super awesome job! still haven't quite figured out how the double item hands work, but I ended up playing quite a bit! The music and art are excellent!

Developer(+1)

Yes, I agree that the double item hands were slightly confusing... Maybe next time I shall add like a tutorial round to clarify the win-con. Glad you liked the arts and music, thanks you so much for playing!

Really cool idea and nice art! The fast rounds really had me struggling to process the images as quick as possible - especially the multi-hand vs multi-hand bullets.

Great work on this!

Developer

Glad you liked the concept!! We tried to align the revolver cylinder with enemy bullets to make it slightly more clear, but I agree it was still difficult to process... Probably gotta think of better way to make the hands more obvious, or revamp the GUI. Thanks you so much for playing the game!

This game has such a cool concept, honestly. The art style is also very solid.

Developer

Thank you! Spent pretty good amount of time drawing all the pixel art, so glad you liked it :)

Solid, polished pixel art style, nice thematic and balanced audio, and an interesting spin on rock paper scissors, with some longevity and progression in there. Pretty solid game all in all!

Developer(+1)

Glad you found the audio balanced m8! I spent pretty good time trying to balance all the components, so glad it paid off :D

Didn't expect to see a roguelike deckbuilder in a gamejam, but here we are, and it's beautiful!

Developer

Barely made it, but was definitely worth it! happy that you liked it m8, Thank you!

Such a cool idea to use rock, paper, scissors for the bullets. Nice work.

Developer(+1)

Initially it was just a timed rock, paper, scissors, but we thought this might be much cooler... and it was! Thanks for the comment!
