Was absolutely hard to keep anything in the shopping cart, but being able to make a huge mess was fun.

Submitted

the idea is cool and art style also cool, i like the mess you can make with the cart

The art is so cute!!!!! 💗💖

Nice concept and visual! The physics of the products is cool and fun, but with the cart it really frustrated me.

I really like the visual aspect of the game! The physics is a bit wonky, though... Everything just slipped out of my hands.

The game is pretty difficult but it's satisfaying

I enjoyed the game. The cart works fairly well, when you try to drag it instead of pushing it. But pushing it / getting pushed is fun too. Although the first time I was pushed into all the shelves which threw them all over and made the game a little bit laggy! :D

Regardless I enjoyed it. Nice concept, great execution!

Love the references on the posters.

The shopping cart really didn’t like being pushed and pushed me out of the level multiple times haha

Developer

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!

The cart controls are sadly unpolished, and the backwards pushing is a bug we found after the deadline :( however, if you look forward/up while pushing, it shall go forwards! If you look at the floor it pushes you instead xD

Thanks for your feedback!

love the art

This is really charming! It feels a bit inconsitant whether the game will recognize that I collected something, but finding everything was still a fun little challenge.

The game is beautiful, but the camera bug for the web version and the annoying shopping cart make the experience a lot more awful, but the concept is nice!

I love these pastels colors. But i feel 60 seconds is too littles, and maybe add names for each object if u hover them, bc i didnt find anything 😭 In general it looks funny, i would play more if it will be fixed. And also this long flying jump of player ahapahah

I really like how it looks! At first I was a bit confused about which items where the ones that the list asked for, but after a few tries I figured that grabbing them would show me the label, nice idea!

It would be nice if the game told you how to score more points though, since it's an arcade game I would like to push for better scores but i don't know if there's more to do after completing the list. Even so, congratulations on the game!

Thank you! The only thing that determines the score is how much time you have left by the point that you collect all the items on your shopping list :) It would have been nice to have some other stuff (like having to get a certain number of an item and being scored based on how close you got to that) but of course, can't have everything in a game jam :)

Love the visuals. Idea is funny and there's actually a game there. Honestly with multiplayer and some more gimmicks, might lowkey be a friendslop banger

The title screen felt satisfying and relaxing, a nice way to ease into the game. The intercom intro was a good touch too, it helped build the narrative right away. I also liked the poster ads and signage hanging around the aisles, it would be great if those ceiling signs matched the theme of each aisle, like clearly marking a fruit aisle or a bottle aisle, so you could navigate by them. The physics work is genuinely fun and adds a lot to the experience.

A couple of things that could use adjustment: the game takes a bit to launch and stutters as it settles in. The sixty second timer felt aggressive too, especially for learning the mechanics, it took a few tries before I got my bearings. Increasing that time would help players get oriented before the pressure kicks in.

Super nice style, feels nice to walk around the supermarket and play around with the physics

Solid take, and a funny interaction where the cart, for some reason, was moving faster going backwards and accidentally pushed every store shelf! Nice work!

This is a pretty cool game. If the cart was a little bigger it would change the dynamic a lot. As is I ended up spending a lot of time juggling the physics system. It's a fun take on the count down!

I really liked the game's art style! Also, I managed to destroy the entire store with the cart... I feel bad for the employees, but oh well. Amazing game! (Also, it can be a bit hard to distinguish the items, but I got the hang of it after a few tries)! Loved the game!

Developer

Played as intended - Thanks for checking it out! The employees get great benefits, worry not :)
