I love the art style. Reminds me of old flash games. Nice work!

Yay, it is supposed to look like old flash games, so I'm glad! Thanks for the review!
Great art style and the game is very much in line with the theme, it was really hard but I had lots of fun with it!
Yeah, I get that the game is really hard quite a lot... thanks for sticking thorugh and playing the whole thing though! <3
Very cool!
Thanks <3
I love all the details and the art itself, the gameplay is fun. Just the camera is a bit wonky at time, otherwise great game!
Yeah, I know about the camera, but that's just the price of a game jam I suppose. I'm currently working on a Post Jam version, so I'll take a good look at that!
Edit: nevermid I wished you good luck but it sounded weird...
Oh lmao don't worry, it's all good!
The visuals are nicely drawn, and adding a short story at the beginning of each level was a nice touch. The sound perfectly suits the atmosphere. It's a really cool and sweetly designed game. I loved it!
Thank you so much for the rating!
Cool simple art. Often problem with using smooth camera - you dont see whats coming next when you go somewhere, so I often just bumb into walls because I didn't see them. So in these situations camera should show more space in front of the player in the direction it's going. Also a bit confusing that you can carry only 1 item.
Yeah the camera is a bit wonky, and idk how to explain to the player that they can only have one item at a time... Still thanks so much for player and providing feedback <3
Super cool I love the art style and the and the little details in the assets. It felt weird to pick up items if 2 were next to each other I didnt know what took priority, but once i got the hang of it I entered a nice flow of the game.
Yeah I'm working on a better item system right now for the post-jam version!
That very good I loved art and Level Design. Great Game
Thank you so much! <3
art is very charming
Thank you very much! I've spent a lot of time on it <3
Great idea and fun !
Thank youu <3
Haha, well done. I'm not gonna lie that gets pretty stressful. I was confused at first but once you get the hang of having to find items first then it makes for a cute little game. The art was really nice, as well. Keep up the good work.
Yeah a lot of people seem to be somewhat confused by the mechanics at the start, but I can hopefully explain it a bit better with the post jam verison. I'm glad i put in the first level as an almost blank one, since it's much better at explaining than the full thrill of the second level. Thank you so much for rating and playing!
I really like this game! It took a bit to figure out how to cut the wire but i got the hang of it!
Yeah, I probably have to do something to explain it a bit more. If you have anything in particular which took you a while to get it would be greatly appritiated if you'd share it. I'm planning on making a post jam version, so all feedback is welcome! Also thank you so much for playing <3!
how do I cut the wire?
Oh, so you have to grab the scissors by pressing X, and then go to the bomb press X again and pick up the scissors (just click on them), after that you just click on the wire to cut it! I'm sorry if the instructions weren't clear, I was planning on putting in a more in depth tutorial, but I didn't have the time! Hope it helps, if not I can send you a walkthrough!
This game was really fun! I really liked the concept of the game, which did a good job of combining both puzzle and action gameplay effectively, which you don't see a lot. It got really tense in the last level! I also thought that the story and concept was funny, and really enjoyed the art style.
I was a bit confused with where to click when I was holding items at first. With the items being so big, it wasn't obvious to me that I was still supposed to click where my mouse cursor actually was, but it made sense once I figured it out. I'm not really sure how you could make that more clear though. I also noticed that there were some issues with some of the UI being the incorrect size and position when in full screen, at least on the web version (in particular, the mission complete screen). Other than those things, I thought that this game felt really polished, especially for a game jam game.
I think you have a great game here. I'd honestly love to see this become something more!
Yeah, I know about these issues and I plan to work on them in the post jam version of the game... The UI had me pulling my hair out, since I was struggling with it the whole time making the game, so I just left it there for the sake of the game jam. As for the grabbing the stuff mechanic, I aslo struggled to teach the player how to do this. I'll try to add more of hand-holdy guide in the post jam version (especially in the first level), since I think it doesn't take much to learn it, but you have to know what to look for.
Thanks so much for playing the game and giving me the feedback! It really helps a lot <3
As someone who also works in Unity, I totally get the frustration with UI stuff.
I was trying to do the last level for the longest time because I didn't see the giant reset button on both of the bombs... After figuring that out I got it. The story was funny too. Overall nice game.
Thank you so much! Idk how to make the reset button more clear, but I'll try to maybe think of something in the post jam version :D
