By creating a short analog horror puzzle experience centered around mystery and environmental exploration.

Really impressive work! I wasn't able to get far myself with the puzzles and the web version wouldn't work for me (froze every couple seconds), but it's incredible that you were able to craft so many interesting environments to explore in only a week. I'm glad you included a guide so I could see the parts of the game I wasn't able to reach myself. Keep at it, this is great stuff! :)
The game is actually very good. I watched the video and still could not get outside. I tried like 10 times. It got too frustrating so I moved on.
You did good on the game, the puzzle was just too difficult for me.
Nice game, it was fun to play and there was much content. Only issues I have is to have more sound effects, so it can be more scary, and for Act 2 Part 1, I had trouble to get past through the second robot and I didn't know what to do. But it was refreshing, the 3D looks nice and I liked how there are small cinematics at the beginning of every part, it adds some immersion.
Surprised at how much you were able to put together in a week! Bloddie is friend-shaped and nobody can tell me otherwise. Not even the part of me that's legitimately scared of her.
I think the game gets away with explaining very little--obviously as an analog horror game you wouldnt give out the story, but through trial and error I think for the most part the game explains itself quite well. The two exceptions are the Act 1 Part 2 puzzle, which I had to look up, and the Act 2 Part 1 puzzle (I think it was? The one with two health doors) in which there isn't anything that tells you what you can do with the hammer, let alone some interact text with the object where said hammer is used. I almost threw in the towel on that puzzle, actually, since (1) the final requirement being to make your way around a hostile robot makes it really, really frustrating to mess up, since you have to do all that waiting all over again (2) I had an instance where the power cylinder robot got stuck on a deactivated robot and it just genuinely wasn't possible to win after that point. There's too much time between attempts, I think a checkpoint would be great.
Those two do unfortunately drag the game down for me, alongside the admittedly mundane gameplay of Act 2 Part 3 (which i get is probably of some story significance, and the tonal whiplash is done very well, it's just... a lot of walking lol.) That all said, I was definitely into it by the end and was sad to see it go. Will absolutely play the finished product--good job with this!
Wait did you actually finish my game!?! THAT MEANS SO MUCH FOR ME THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! i am doing now a series on YouTube where i make the full game where i will fix the bugs, adjust something fhinis the story and add some sound. sorry for the boring and annoying part whit the puzzles i will make it better. THANK YOU AGAIN YOU MADE MY DAY BETTER!!
As someone already mentioned, I didn't think that there would be a horror game submission. Great work. The clapping mechanic is unique. Nice overall.
Hey! It was an interesting project (the monster's model scared me lol).
I have several things that would make an experience better:
1. Add pause menu. I know that I write it almost under every game... but yeah, haha.
2. There are almost no sounds in the game. If you'd add even something like SFX for robots/footsteps, it would make the game much more immersive.
3. Initially, I didn't understand how the flashlight (that turns on when you press LMB) works. Maybe you could add a small tutorial window in the beginning.
For me, it just lags too much, idk if it's just my computer or the game, but i played high quality games with no problem before, i literally can't play it. Sorry
I didn't expect to see a horror game like this here. I played in the browser. I think the game could have had more sounds. It's a nice game that implements the jam's theme in its unique way. I gave it a rating,
it's good game but idk if the lag because of my pc or the game, still the game good :)
It is an interesting game, but it is so laggy I couldn't play it for long. I was also able to just walk through the health door. I wish it was a little less laggy so I would be able to play the full thing. Good job making a game though!
I liked the premise of having to clap to see and the puzzle mechanics were good. But the game was very laggy especially in the beginning and I wised there would be more audio or sound effects or maybe ambient background music. The door at the end of act 2 part 1 didn't work. But act 1 part 2 was definitely my favorite.
I was really confused about what was happening, and I bugged through the health door
