Super immersive, I loved the dialogue of each item and how they would evolve over time. Amazing visuals and smooth gameplay, really liked the sound design too. The end credits were hilarious too lmao

I can tell your team put in a lot of effort into this project, and it paid off. The story was engaging, and the art style had me spooked. Well done!
I had to stop in the middle of playing to give your game full points.
I loved the experience! I love visual novels. Yours was terrifying and I usually don't subject myself to scary games because I need to sleep but I still continued playing your game so that was telling!
Yall did a tremendous amount of work and I really salute all of it. I hope you guys will win one of the prizes!
This. Is the best game of this jam.
Art - perfect. It's so effective, the dreams had me shaking.
Sound - perfect. The music and the soundeffects add so much to the immersion and atmospere.
Details - oh the amount of details in here! Exploring the house was a lot of fun, noticing things change, getting different dialogue, the cutscenes of the day! perfect.
And there's 3 endings!? I am for sure coming back to get the rest of the endings!
I am flabergasted at the polish and story and idea of this game.
I sit there shocked at how good it is, staring at the ending screen, and then theres this awesome sause up-beat song starts with the beautiful credits!!!
A bizzare experience. I'm at a loss for words.
From the very beginning, I thought this game would be something much simpler than it actually is. Congratulations on managing to create a game with so many art assets (which is quite an achievement considering you only had 10 days to make them) and such a well-thought-out story.
Personally, besides the art and the story, my favorite part was the music. Sublime. The transition from reality to dreams is hypnotic and super immersive, I loved it.
I don't usually play narrative-focused games, but this one really hooked me. Thanks for this entry!
i'm sooooo sad that I'm unable to play this fully! For some reason it will not pickup my mouse movement and freezes or lags majorly :/ maybe my device is too old. That intro (i refused to sleep) was super chilling and the small bits I was able to witness really had me hooked though. Amazing job putting together this experience and even having a settings menu during a jam!!
Wow, really eerie but fascinating game y'all made. I'm not usually one for visual novel games, but this one was very captivating. I don't like to specifically say the score I give games unless I give 5 stars in a category, I the art direction in this one earned that fifth star in art for sure. Even just the visuals alone. The bright, blinding, white with black accent day time left you uncomfortable and wanting out of it. The dark, sleeping, easy on the eyes black with white accents is perfect for the home as the main 2 colors. And then the dream colors, and it being the only real movement and animation in the game, was perfect. Made them feel very surreal and fleeting. Excellent job there. The gameplay was not my particular cup of tea, but as I said before, I am not a visual novel guy so I am not your target audience there. The audio was great. Nice and lo-fi and chunky, perfect for the tone of the game. And it picked up the pace for those anxious moments in the dreams. Overall, really superb job here. Y'all should be very proud :)
Great setting and mood, very suspenseful all the way through. I got a crash getting book but since i was so into the world I thought it was just something else going on in the game haha, had me in it unlike most games. Looks cool too and the way you designed getting around was excellent, never frustrating. Well written and Wort playing.
Amazing work! Extremely polished product, I got ending 2, may go for the other ones soon.
This was cool! I thought the buttons needed for the QTE's were random at first, but then I realized they spelled run, which was a nice touch! I got "Ending 2: Creeping Doubt" This was very well made, written, and drawn!
Great writing and really well put together especially for a jam game!
Chills, I got goosebumps playing this from start to end. The atmosphere, the music, art, everything is so immersive I got caught in the mechanics and was enthralled the whole way through!
Love the resource management and point-and-click elements. Love the attention to detail, the flavour text, and everything.
What a feat, to have all this done in 10 days, amazing. I really wanna play a full version of this.
Props for the DOS game-type art and music. Made me nostalgic in a way.
Extremely well made game, I've always liked these type of point and click games. I've got ending 3 at my first run (which I guess it's the best one) and tried to get the others. I thought I was going crazy seeing all the changes in the house based on the stress level! Also loved the theme and the idea that all the things of the past cause stress.
Excellent take on the theme. I loved the writing in this one, it really captured how the monotony of everyday life can wear down your spirit. I got ending 2, I also wish I had a bit of a better idea of what effects the ending you end up getting but overall a solid game. I do enjoy a good horror point-and-click visual novel, this hits me right in my nostalgia.
Greatly polished. the settings alone are a nice touch story jam games that leave the text go slow always ruin it for me so having an option for that is an entirely different experience. the writing is great for 10 days, I like the metaphors. the art style is great. the music fits the mood extremely well, a bit jarring on my ears but that’s personal bias against a classic technique so don’t mind me. I got ending two, can’t be bothered to replay the entire thing again to get different endings (especially since the criteria for how to get an ending is not clear at all) so ig my feedback for this would be splitting it into chapters so it’s easier to go for more endings and making it clearer what is our role as a player. what choice we do matters. other than that, great job. no reason to dwell on it!
got ending 2. still its a very kinetic visual novel, a SOLID use of the theme and just overall a very polished and well executed game. i did manage to 'store' the teh choice box in the living room, think i just clicked too fast. but ya no real complaints, i expect this to be a top rated submission. (god i need to make a horror game for a jam)
It was cool! I've got the ending 3 (best one?) but I'm a little bit more stressed now than before, ahaha.
The credits scene is nice, btw
