SERIOUSLY IMPRESSIVE.
i did somehow manage to softlock myself at the very end of the parkour challenge of torment, but I had a good time up to that point.

This is probably my favorite jam game so far, I love the mechanics and controls, the audio is on point, the fact that you made a storyline was amazing. I am wondering if it is possible to actually finish the final level.
I genuinely hope you win, this was a very good game
(BTW I also thought that the battery was a sausage)
there is no mobile control :( but from the very beginning I liked the menu and effects, I won't be able to evaluate it and I won't give a bad rating for it, but I already like the game :) If you have time, rate my project and I will be very happy to thank you in advance. Good luck!
Super cool concept and cheeky dialogue, good experience overall! The level 5 bug unfortunately soft-locked me as well but great execution regardless
The graphics, music and sound effects are awesome! The pitter patter of the little guy's feet is so satisfying lol
I loved the dialogue, the puzzle aspects and the unique "charging = death" motif/mechanic, very interesting take on the jam theme.
The timing was challenging for me though (purely a skill issue on my end). I couldn't get past level 2, 3, or 5, even though I really wanted to see how the story played out :(
Graphics are really well polished and the idea is cool. I would've liked if it leaned more into being a puzzle game, rather than time trials. I found the movement to be floaty and slippery which didn't feel very good. for example, changing direction takes almost half a second was quite hard to handle, given the timed nature of levels. Music and sounds were great too!
i cant beat level 2 idk how but i would still rate this game 5 star
Love the little expression! At first, I thought the main hero was a sausage XD
A nice puzzle with a cute ... battery? I love the battery theme and dialog. The puzzles are fun and make it even more likeable. As for the platformer part, I would wish for a bit more pecision.
Well, that ending was eerie. Loved it, as well as all the scripted events and dialogues.
Level 5 does need a review, the next levels were extremely easy after that (even though it's the one I had the most fun with!). Speaking of, I also had that bug. Setting refresh rate to 60 made it work.
Very fun and challenging game! But I'm curious: why does different refresh rate disable the trigger on Level 5? It doesn't seem like a bug that would be related to the refresh rate
I have an an object that takes and holds a charge, but there's a delay built in so I can time things out. So, when the player hops in the charge port at the end of the hall, it charges one of those delayed charges, which is set to charge in 0.7 seconds.. except that the lerp function that counts up to 0.7 was not frame rate dependent (didn't use delta). I set the charge port to discharge really really fast, so, when the framerate is higher than 60, the delay is charged for some number less than 0.7, and so doesn't reach charged state (at which point is was configured to stay on). If the frame rate is 60, it gets charged long enough to go to on state and stay on.
This game is great, my favorite level was level 10. I know the music stopping after level 11 wasn鈥檛 intentional and all, but it really adds to the game. :) 10/10 would play again
I loved this but no matter what I do I have no idea how to get past level 5 there is just a wall and the music changes, and I cannot move forward after putting another poor battery in the charging station when I respawn on the upper floor. I cannot jump over the wall am I just stupid it is highly likely lol but good job regardless
really liked the game! it proved to me two things, 1: as long as you spend enough time, you can begin to feel bad for a little battery not wanting to die and 2: torture is fun as long as you get different dialogue
the controls can be a little difficult at times (the long elevator level with the eyes got me good) and I really hope the last level has a good ending, I don't wanna leave my little buddy dead like that
really good game, would torture little buddy again

I changed the refresh rate to 60 now I am stuck here
