How does the game fit the theme?
Trust No One isn't just the story of our game — it's the core mechanic. Every level's true exit is hidden behind a wordplay on "trust no one": one level asks you to trust the No.1 (but is that door really number one?), another to trust the one you know (Know One). Every other door lies. Trust a door by its face, and you fall deeper into the loop; read the words carefully, and the way out opens. The game never corrects you when you misread a clue — betrayal is the lesson. To escape, you must learn the one rule the theme teaches: trust the words, not the doors.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Nothing

The game itself is very cute, but its execution of the theme is very... simple. Art direction was super adorable, and music was cute too <3
Holy is this game beautiful. The art and music go so well making it really cozy great job!
Being Honest this is the coziest game i played through this jam, there's a bug idk which level but when i go out of screen the game stucks like i don't know where the character is, amazing game though
Fun deduction platformer! I love the art and the music too! Great job!
Nice, very cute game. Most puzzles were fine, I like how it clarify why the chosen door was correct, but a few weren't make sense for me and some of them really require hints.
Really cute art style and the music makes the whole game feel super relaxing. I also liked how the puzzles keep changing what “trust no one” actually means... especially the later ones made me think a bit more than expected :D Very charming little game and nicely done overall.
Really fun game with nice wordplays! The art looks absolutely amazing.
I also really like the music, it's beautiful and the Main screen is amazing, the art, the particle systems and how interactable it is.
Bugs I noticed:
On lvl 6 if you jump off the platforms to the right you don't die and get stuck when playing in the browser atleast.
I'll check this bug! Thanks for playing!!x
A cute game; I like the fact that you fall asleep instead of suffering a dramatic video game death. I also find the contrast between the "trust no one" theme and the game's cute, pastel aesthetic interesting.
Really beautiful art, a lot of it reminds me of Maplestory. I loved all the puzzle wordplay and each level having its own little twist on the game jam's theme! The one time I was stuck was when I had to suddenly use the mouse to click and drag. Still, I enjoyed the simple and cute narrative!
I see, a fellow pun lover! This was real fun
very cute and nice game, gratz
Cute. Clever wordplay. Very well polished. The graphics are just so good. Layered dynamic background. Small effect details. Overall a great one.
Nice visuals ! I am not good enough in english to get all the wordplay, but I like the idea of playing on that !
The button to retry every time we loose is a little annoying, because we are playing with keyboard, taking the mouse again each time don't work well. I think you could put an auto restart or allowing menu navigation with keyboard
Thanks for your feedback!!
What a lovely puzzle game! I loved how each level twisted the meaning of "trust no one". The visuals are absolutely stunning! Amazing job to the team!
What the actual heck!!! This looks so friggin good! I'm always floored whenever someone on crack makes an artistic masterpiece, for a game jam no less. The gameplay itself is a pretty 2d basic platformer but the puzzles and wordplay were cleverly integrated.
Very cute, bite-sized platformer/puzzler. It does some fun variation/wordplay on the jam theme as well!
My one point of feedback is that, unless it's made clear to be a mechanic at the start of the game it's strange to incorporate the mouse into your previously keyboard only platformer. I was stuck on level 6 for a little while even WITH the hint because it genuinely didn't occur to me that it meant click and drag.
Thanks so much for pointing this out!! We honestly didn’t realize that suddenly introducing mouse controls could be confusing. This is really helpful feedback, and we’ll definitely rethink how we introduce that mechanic.
Thanks again for playing!!
Very cute and cohesive atmosphere! I love colours and music (it's such a shame you can't trust these cute creatures :< but it fits the theme well :D)
Amazing art, amazing gameplay, totally fits the theme. This is perfect!
Awesome game looks very cute :3 would you mind trying mine out as well?
Awesome art, and you get attached to the characters super fast. Really enjoyed this!
