How does the game fit the theme?
In our game, your goal is to find the vampire amongst the four suspects in front of you. But the vampire isn't the only one with something to hide... Put your social deduction skills to the test and find the vampire before they kill the other, even you...

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The only thing we didn't code was the shader. And the sound effects, music and fonts are copyright free assets, not made by us. Everything else, everything we did was within the timeframe of the jam.

I love the art but I didn't manage to catch the vampire in a couple tries.

the VHS-glitch aesthetic on the dialogue box is such a nice touch, and the character designs are genuinely great, four very distinct suspects. asked around a bit and everyone lying to your face fits the theme perfectly. really polished for a jam, well done both of you

Love the aesthetic and atmosphere. Managed to catch the vampire on my first time through!

I had fun trying to identify the vampire, got it correct second playthrough after losing the first time around :)

I'm a sucker for unique visuals and cool art, enjoyable too, great job!

I really enjoyed playing: the gameplay and controls were very smooth. The vibe and atmosphere immediately drew me into the game. Awesome!

The visuals & vibe slap! I wanted to do all the questions my first try so everybody got killed x) But once I got it, it was easy to beat. Congratz on the great game.

I had about a 50% success rate... But some of the innocent people in the lineup were being extremely suspicious, so it's their fault. Loved the post processing effects!

The art, ambience, and narrative are all fire !1! And how you ACTUALLY have to pay attention

Submitted

Enjoyed it a lot! I like the art.

The music and sound effects are really good. Love that mid-game. Some suspects will die! Great work!

Nice art style, but a bit easy. Great effects.

Love the pacing of this! Was really interested in paying attention to what the suspects had to say,

very well done to the artist btw loved the character designs,  I do wish there was a bit more to the questions as it does feel like it always comes down to a 50/50 guess when there is only 2 people left

Nice fleshed out game, good concept. I like that the dialog was short and sharp. Well done

I feel like it could use a little more time to gather evidence, but overall the gameplay loop is really cool. The art and effects are amazing as well.

Very cool game loop. Having to question and then decided who to kill is a cool concept.

A super simple concept executed very very well, I enjoyed all the cool visual filters and the general style of the characters. The way that the alibis were all like, equally not credible was very cool and I like how the characters are given succinct personalities in their dialogue. I thought the game was bugged for a bit because I thought it was G for kill mode instead of Q LMAO but regardless a fun time!
