Got both endings!  Pretty dark stuff, really liked the vibe and art especially.  Not a whole lot there gameplay-wise but I thought it was well-executed in terms of all the "second thoughts" and the presentation of the whole thing.  From a story perspective I would have liked to see a little more of the main character's motivations.  In any case, nicely done!

Developer

Thank you so much, and very true. We thought making the main character more mysterious could be beneficial for the current vibe. But I definitely want to expand on his motivation and the second ending in particular in a possible second game. But its a group project so it also depends on what my brothers think as well. Ill definitely check out your entry later today!

Developer

We kinda already have his motivations in our heads, so it will def get revealed in whatever second game we crank out! I am so glad you liked the art and endings! :D

Really enjoyable game! I liked the atmosphere, the visual style, and how cohesive the whole experience felt. Really solid work for a jam game — well done!

Developer

Thank you so much! Ill be sure to check out your entry later today!

Developer

Thank you so much! That means so much! :D

Damn, that’s a joker move to pull. Funny that the guy who realized it was a bomb just said “OH LAWD” and then never did anything about it. Liked it, congratz on the work!

Developer(+1)

They actually do get something done in the secret ending hint hint 😎

Developer(+1)

They def couldve done something immediately XDD also thank you so much!!!

Nice game. The font changing was interesting, but made it hard to read. I was kind of surprised by the ending, not really sure where that came from.

Developer (1 edit)

Im the guy that made the font, and that was the biggest complaint during development as well. Amazingly it used to be even less readable lol

Developer

Yeah we are going to explore more of the story later! Depending on what ending you got first it might be confusing too! Both endings work in tandum if you haven't played that one yet! :3 Thank you so much for playing our game :D

Art is great. Some clever thoughts on the portaits. Sounds are well placed as well. Theme is a bit heavy.

Mine also has a main character which should not be trust. If you'd like to try it out, please tell me how I executed that twist.

Developer

Thanks! we worked very hard for the whole time, and we really like what came out!

Developer

I am the artist, I am so glad you liked it! Yeah, it was a really heavy theme, but whats funny is that one of our little brothers came up with it! XD (the bomb thing)

And of course! I will play your game right now and leave a comment on how I liked it! :D

Developer

thank you 😎

I enjoyed it! The art is really well done. I liked the story too. I just wish the player had more choices and freedom for more varied outcomes. Maybe you could expand upon this after the game jam! Just a suggestion tho :>

Developer

You know it. def expanding on the game at some point. Theres a secret ending if you haven't found it btw

Developer

I am so glad you enjoyed it! I bet we will continue with the game, it was so fun making the art and endings for it!

The art & music were both great and fit the vibe of the game. The only complaint I have is that the gameplay is more a delivery system for the art and audio rather than the gameplay being the center. Then again the gameplay isn't always the most important part of a game.

Developer

I do get that, I think we couldve also added more gameplay, but we mostly just wanted to tell a story so we thought that fit :)

First of all I love the art. Its gives the game a unique vibe.

Gameplay wise I think it is a bit flat. I would like to see some choices (like maybe add a mechanic to deliver the packages or some dialogue options).  They don't really need to change the outcome in the end but at least the player has something to play with till he gets to the end.

The end is really worth it and I like the twist there! But I think many people could drop the game before they even get there.

Nice work !

Developer

Artist here, I am so glad you liked my style! I do agree with the gameplay, we honestly should have talked about it a bit more, thank you for your input! I am glad you also enjoyed the endings! That makes me so happy!!

Developer

Thanks! I think it would be cool to make a game off of this, with better gameplay and longer time, but I was amazed when I saw the final version.

Developer

We do got some talented artists 😎

its good as in game play but i couldnt understand the theme

Developer

Thank you for playing! I am glad you liked it! To the theme, we decided to kind of flip it on its head, so Noone can trust You, if that makes sense. Thank you again!!! :)
