How does the game fit the theme?
In this in minesweeper the 1's are not always telling the truth, so you should trust no one :)

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything made from scratch besides sfx and fonts (downloaded).

How many people worked on the game?

Really cool idea and very fun! Love how simple but elegant it is. Nice job.

Amazing. An original twist on the Minesweeper formula incorporating the theme.

I had a lot of fun playing it and trying the different difficulty levels!

I like your version of Minesweeper, really cool to see other make their own version for the game. I wish there would be an easy level because I couldn't win any game XD ! Well done!

I'm not good in Minesweeper, never understood the rules lol. But I can see some of my friends playing this! Also, the twist on Minesweeper was great! Great job!

Submitted(+1)

I can't even win a normal Minesweeper and lost in this one also! But had fun playing in this; the 1 did lie, though.

Developer(+1)

He sure did. Thanks for playing!

Submitted(+1)

I suck as normal minesweeper and this makes it even harder. I really enjoyed it!

Developer

Thanks for checking it out, glad you liked it!

Damn literally had this idea while brainstorming! Really good execution of it. It makes it extra stressful not being able to trust any 1. Good job!

Developer

Thanks for checking it out!

Fun interaction of minesweeper! Perfect for a game jam. Sadly, I'm terrible at minesweeper so I haven't beaten it yet but will keep trying!.

Developer

I believe you can do it! Thanks for playing!

I love Minesweeper! This was such a great twist. I could see myself playing this a lot more even after jam.

Developer

I find myself playing it a lot also! It's definitely hurting my time to try the other games lol

Maybe I'm dumb but I find it kinda hard, but it's a cool concept and the game works super smoothly. The simple art is cool too, really liked it!

Congrats!!

Thanks, glad you liked it!

I like this twist on the minesweeper game. It adds a bit more depth to it but sometimes feel a bit unfair. One solution could be to make it a kind of puzzle game with levels. Each level has a certain amount of lying ones. The player has to figure out which one is lying by looking at the 2s and 3s to solve the level (marking all bombs).

The game is also very well polished and I like the clean style. Well done!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked it!!

I really liked it, sometimes I felt it was kind of unfair hehe but it's very well done, it feels like fresh air to the genre

Developer

Thanks for checking it out, glad you liked it!

Im kinda surprised that there were multiple other minesweeper games submitted lol. Overall i think this is a pretty good way to do this concept its pretty fun to play. It can be pretty rng based at times but other than that i like it a lot.

Developer

Thanks, glad you liked it!

A really nice twist on minesweeper. I loves minesweeper and at times it did feel a bit unfair but still great work

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yes, balancing on this definetely needs revision!

Such a polished minesweeper game! I like the visuals and everything and its quite a simple game! Though I am superrr bad with minesweeper to the point I wish there was a "baby" mode instead of normal xD. The sound effects are fitted nicely and yeah just a sick game! I do wish there were more depth other than faking the 1 though, just to add a bit more juice into the game. Other than that, great work!!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for checking it out!!

I am suprized to find another  minesweeper submition in this game jam, but it is still a very crazy idea! I love the UI so much! You did such a good job with it and made it your own!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Was also surprised, but with the amount of games submitted I guess it was to be expected. Glad you liked the UI, it is for sure the part I'm the least confident lol.

Submitted(+1)

I'm honestly suprised, the UI is so good!! It gives it a different feel to the other minesweeper game on here!

Pretty great idea, and a fun modern twist on a classic title!

I used to play minesweeper as a good and would get frustrated as all heck trying to figure out even the basics, this took it to the next level. Great job! 😊

Developer

I'm glad you liked it! Playtesting this was a challenge, it took some time to not autopilot on  regular minesweeper logic. Thanks for checking it out!

simple but really fun. it's a great twist.

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Simple Game, I Love Minesweeper and this simple mechanic really adds to it! (although you should have implemented code to check if the clicked mine is nothing, and if not, to reroll the board.)

Developer

Thanks for the feedback and for playing!

Great play on words! Not very original tho, too similar to another game submitted in the jam called “Trust No One”

Submitted(+2)

He didnt know that there is another similar game..

It just was a coincidence

Developer(+1)

I'll definetly check it out! I imagined more games would make the association with the number 1.
