How does the game fit the theme?
The phrase "trust no one" made me think of the term "wolf in sheep's clothing" (because it means an untrustworthy person). So I tried to make a game about literal wolves in sheep's clothing.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I didn't make. I credited the ones that require attribution in the game page, and the rest are from Pixabay. I also didn't make the background image. I got it from Pexels.

cool concept, agreed it needs more time but I think you got the gameplay across and it fits the theme nicely :)
Pretty fun even as a concept, I think the upgrades really gave it a lot of value and replayability. Could use more time in the cooker for polish and satisfaction, but the base execution is great!

Such a fun game! Loved it, and a really unique take on the theme I don't think anyone else went that way even though it feels obvious once you see it! And thats a great thing! Great job.

I really enjoyed the game when I finally understood how to play it correctly, unfortunately it crashed at level 11. But I had a lot of fun playing it

The take on the theme was pretty good! The wolf among sheeps. I don't know if it was only me, but a tutorial with simple examples would make the picture clear. I didn't understand how to figure out when a sheep is a wolf. I read the explanation in the description, but I can't get through it. Anyways, good take on the theme!

You get addicted once you reach your flow state fr. This was a good experience, love that not only you have to match sheeps to earn points, but also kill wolves since they eat your points. Nicely done!

Made it to level 12, score: 120. Eventually figured out the game through playing, the instructions could use a bit of improvement. Probably a simple set of examples as a tutorial in the game would be helpful. I was a little confused by all the different stats: Score, Money, and Health. Like Money was obvious, but not sure how my individual round score was relevant, and I had no idea what depleted my health.
Store was interesting bringing in different types of sheep but remember to put a delay before accepting inputs. I wouldn't realize I had used all my turns and go to click my next card but buy something without knowing what it was instead.
Good use of the theme, we did wolf disguising as sheep too! 😅

To clarify the stats: You gain money equal to your score at the end of the round. And at the end of a round you also lose health equal to the number of wolves left.
It’s cool to hear that we had similar ideas for the theme. I’ll check out your game when I get home from school today!
This was very easily understandable. The game was fun playing.
But I did not get how to kill the wolf. I think I did miss something out.

Hi, thanks for playing! To kill a wolf, you click on the button on the right side of the screen and then you click on a square with a sheep/wolf. But you can only do it once per turn and before you reveal any squares to start matching.

This is a really cool concept! I found the game easy to understand, and had a fun time playing through it. Not the best art-wise, but sticks with the theme very well. Great job!

lmao this game gave me the giggles with the sound effects. anyway, i really enjoyed this interpretation for this theme with wolves disguised as sheep until u match them with a pair (and u regret it). i also like the different upgrades which help u live longer and increases the chances of getting score. even tho im buns at memory i have really enjoyed playing this game.
