The rooms change every time you look away. Trust no one, not even the ship.

I thought this was a really unique idea that was exacted well for a game jam game, i imagine having to make 2 different versions of the same room a bunch of times and having to code the rooms to switch was a pain. I think the game just needs some overall polish and it would become a pretty solid puzzle game. Great Job!
Thanks so much!
Hello!
Firstly, I absolutely love the visuals. They're really eye-catching, and paired with the sci-fi theme and puzzles make for a very strong identity. That's the strongest point of the experience, imo
I opened the game blind, and seeing the rooms change out of view when I looked back was really neat and shocking, as I had no idea beforehand!
I think the game gets a little too difficult too quickly - I found myself lost and confused the second I ran into the eye creatures. Tracking the creatures and 3 colors with the vague goal I had conceived at that point proved to be slightly unpleasant.
The game could really use some BGM - nothing crazy, a simple drone synth (dark ambient or similar) would do quite nicely to match the already strong visuals you have.
Tutorializing interactions with the eye creatures also would make the experience more enjoyable - not discretely, but organically, to be clear. Another thing with the eye creatures - they have a tendency to clip through doorframes - a very small thing that you'd probably want to look into working on if you continue development.
Honestly, I could see this being something people would pay $10-15 on Steam and make YouTube videos about, assuming more development goes into it.
Very cool entry, cheers!
Thanks so much for playing and the feedback! Very fair feedback and most of that balancing was just us running out of time haha. But yeah I think the game here is probably like level 4 or 5 and it would be built up to over time. There was some background ambience but I think it didn't come through properly in the web build because a lot of people have mentioned that music would be good.
At first a little confusing, but well and smartly executed. It feels almost as VR game
Has a great potential, will look forward to see it at the store as a full version
I've had a few people say it reminds them of a VR game and that was completely unintional but a good point haha.
Thanks for playing!
I thought the guy at the start was a cook or something lol
Cool idea for a game, it could maybe start with only one/two colours and they're slowly added tho. juggling 3 rooms without much idea how they're switching/how to keep track of the enemies was a bit too much.
One of those that i would love to see developed further after the game and refined!

lol probably my bad for putting him behind a counter.
agreed that the tutorial needs a bit more work to introduce people to the mechanics more clearly.
thanks for playing!
I was confused at times but had a lot of fun! The art style is interesting and the eyeball creature was cool. I liked how we started to get stuck staring at each other. It was also cool to see that burn dissolve shader, it made attacking satisfying.
thanks for playing! fair enough to be confused, i think the tutorial needs more work. but i'm glad you were able to play and enjoy the experience regardless!
INSANE! Loved the gameplay, the idea, the execution, such a fantastic game and what a creative take on the theme, congrats!
thanks so much!
the artsyle is very gud
thank you!
the changing rooms caught me off guard lol
honestly it was so fun to play, i liked everything about this game
thanks for the kind words!
i love the visual style!
thanks! yeah i was looking for something that would show the differences in rooms clearly
nice idea and super visual artistic look -love minimalism
thank you! yeah I was pretty happy with how it turned out
I really likely the visuals of the game at first I didn't see it but then I released it a masterpiece.
thanks so much!
That is absolute fire! And I don't even want to describe what I likes specifically cuz it's just great an everything!
thanks for playing appreciate it!
Great art style and idea! I like that you can have doors half-open. Some issues: the counter with knobs from the first ghost room protrudes into the next room and it appears/disappears while you still see it but look away from the door, I lost one container with no apparent reason, and I could not find a way to activate the shield.
thanks for playing, sorry about the bugs but i've noted them if we continue to work on this
Super neat concept!
thank you!
Very interesting take on the theme! The gameplay and mechanics are well-built and constantly keep me on my toes. The only problem I was in the tutorial room, and the game crashed when I tried to holster the gun before I had equipped the belt. But overall, you did a great job.
thanks so much! I did not consider holstering the gun before you have a holster haha
Wow this is epic! In love with this art style! Full 5s from me <3
thank you!
