- Okay, we’re going hard af from the very first second—though the way the roar fades out and comes back, reappearing with new ideas... that’s a really interesting intro you’ve got on the first track.
- The interlude was quite an experience; I think that out of all the sounds I expected for this soundtrack, sleigh bells were pretty low on the list. Hey, those whispers—or whatever they are—work really well; horrors beyond my comprehension and all that.
- I like how the intro to the second track feels like a return to the sounds we heard in the other two songs. The track as a whole has a strange vibe that fits the themes and aesthetic you’re establishing perfectly. I really liked that odd section where there was a song buried beneath the distortion while all the sounds kept building up. And the sense of anxiety in the section right before the final violins kicked in was brilliant.
By the way, that choice of cover art is great—totally badass. It’s the kind of game I would’ve wanted to own, but my parents wouldn’t have let me have it because it had skeletons in it, haha.
