Love the illustrations and weird color choices!! I think you pulled your punches a bit trying to make this generic and useable for any game/any level of PCs, etc... it's good to get specific in adventures!

Weird, gross, and fun! One of the best MB adventures I've read.
"A wheel of your favorite cheese (50sp)" is a really great treasure!!
And Besmooched is a truly horrible condition. Lots of creativity on
display here, plus evocative, clear and unpretentious writing.

This probably feels more Mork Borg-y and less Appendix N-y to me, but it's not like I've read all of Appendix N, so it's hard to pass that judgement.

Nice serviceable map and layout, I'd run this for some freaks who don't mind a nasty adventure.

Really nice layout, colors and cover image. This feels like it wants to be a short story rather than an adventure to me, very low agency--mostly a series prescribed events that happen to the players.

Fun creatures and NPCs! I dig the hexmap. The hexsail probably works better for me than the dungeon--it's so hard to fit both things into just a couple of pages.

Fun!! Nice sci-fantasy blend. Excellent art, the pointcrawl map incorporated into the cover works great! Clear layout and good use of space. The tiny-planet-as-adventure-location is reminding me of The Little Prince, which is a really funny/interesting touchstone =D. Maybe it's not supposed to be a tiny planet, but that's the impression I got.

Nice illustrated map and border! This is quite a silly romp. Since things like Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Piers Anthony probably rightly belong in Appendix N, I think the tone is fitting.

Thanks so much! I was really lucky to get an ink related title, since I love drawing with pen and ink =).

The science-fantasy elements incorporated into a Morkborg adventure are very cool, excellent theme. Some really nice procedures are included to support the narrative. This is very ambitious for the page count limits of this jam, I think it wants to be expanded and breathe a little more. Just need to collect a little more complex biomass...

Excellent work. Not sure if this is intended for a certain system, but it would be a great adventure for Electric Bastionland ,Troika or Swyvers,  with setting whiffs of Planescape and the Rainy City.
I really like the design and the map looks great--but you should just number the locations, the dotted lines are pretty hard to see!

You have a nicely detailed map and key, but the map isn't numbered! It's very hard to understand which rooms are which.

This was a fun read, nice Zerg inspiration =D. I like the simple layout, you could replicate this on a typewriter, which is appropriate for Appendix N! The map was pretty confusing, I would either simplify it or spend more time on it, but it kinda got caught in the middle ground of effort.

I love the faction situation--it feels really nuanced and emotionally charged. I found this module a smidgen confusing at times, but full of interesting ideas!

Love the vibes and the writing! Feels very OD&D coded in a good way. Very open ended, but full of good inspiration.

Thanks for the kind words!

Yes, I used dip pens and a little bit of brush with india ink on bristol board. I do normally like using whiteout pens, but for this I used Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleedproof White, which is super opaque and you can thin it to use with a dip pen.

Thanks so much!! Yes, I absolutely designed this for print, I made it completely by drawing/writing on paper. Nice to get away from the screens for a bit. I wasn't familiar with The Cave so I looked it up, that narrator voice is truly excellent =D.

This is excellent!! Lovely map, super interactive--a VERY complete adventure packed into a small space. I love the little snippets of dialogue included with some NPCs. Dripping with Appendix N style, but feels very video-gamey (in a fun way). One of my favorites so far.

For system, I think this would pair really nicely with VYRMHACK by Charlie Ferguson-Avery!

This is great--nice map, though I think "Useable Track" and "Tricky Track" look a little too similar. Really interesting characters to interact with!

x8 A6 pages instead of x4 A5 pages?

Extremely fun!! Needs a little bit of editing, some typos and confusing bits here and there. But the vibes are great, and it looks beautiful. I think this would be a blast to run.

The map was a little confusing, the order of the room keying didn't make a ton of sense to me. For modern-ish house/mansion based adventures, I always wish folks would just base them off actual architecture so the rooms make sense.

Overall I loved reading this, the illustration is killer and the design is slick!

Really interesting,  imaginative writing. "◆ A miraculous healing spring lies at the root of the asteroid." may be one of the great rumors of all ages.  I'm very intrigued by Mud + Lasers now!

I ranked this lower for gameability for the same reasons I love the writing--it's a VERY evocative and specific setting, but feels hard to play with because it's written in such a dense and interesting way. Gene Wolfe style!

This makes me want to check out more stuff you're working on, and I will!!

Good, clear imaginitive writing! Really nice pointcrawl map, interesting setting and situation.
The layout on the keyed locations page was a little strange, but I didn't have trouble reading it.

Great fun!!! Reminds me of Dark Fort. It is completely linear, but I see that is by design.
There are a few typos/confusing bits in the combat section.  And under the 'Death' section, if a player dies and starts over, are all of the Knights they defeated in their previous attempt restored?

Looks really good too, nice looking map.

Really funny, good writing =D. Reminds me of the Urbana Oyster Fest, which I think is pretty Appendix N.

Hell yeah Hodag!!!

Really nice looking and useable layout, love the butterfly/lich theme.

*Really* creative, such a  cool blend of disparate  motifs. Swans, chains, tanks, fey...

I really like the hand-drawn art, good stuff!

Thanks!! Please let me know how it goes if you do!! I tried playing through it solo yesterday and had a really good time. I'm trying to get the hang of solo rpg-ing, but I found myself surprised by what unfolded even though I had full information =D.

I had a blast making the art and maps!!! ArcaneSporcery really brought it with the writing, super creative and funny, and it was awesome working with them. I'm looking forward to running this in Knave one of these days. This hits a nicley weird mythical+scifi tone.

If I ran it, I'd probably make a few tweaks--everything feels quite friendly, so I'd probably make the grey aliens more gross, vulgar, and scary. Maybe I'd play up the Roc being really terrifying and aggressive, harassing the village of Thunderhill. I think it's nice to balance silliness with danger =).

When I was brainstorming for my Appendix N Jam project, one of my initial ideas was to make a module for Adventure Game in Need of Translation! I figured I shouldnt pander to the judges, though.

Holy shit. Really, really good. This is the darkest of entries I've read so far--the descriptions of what the various villagers are doing are amazing. The layout is very nice, and the Perplexing Ruins art rules!

I actually think it looks super cool.  A bit hard to read and not necessarily on theme--but still very evocative!

Thanks for the nice review! I was definitely thinking about arranging the keying around the map, I think that would work well. But I'm so on the idea of printed books/zines, I was worried about the map living right in the gutter of the centerfold =D.

Thank you!! Oops, it is statted for Cairn, I totally should have mentioned that--thanks, making a note to update.

Reeeally slick design! Nice illustrationds, great layout and I love illustrated cutaway map.  Just super impressive, visually.

For play, I find parts of this confusing, or wished elements interacted with each other more. But it's very imaginative, and there's a lot going on here. Like, there are all these ghosts, but I'm not sure what players would DO with them.

I love "a jewel hewn from the souls of 1000 thieves."

This is so fun and interactive!! The tables are great, and the writing is really delightful.
These magic users would fit in really well with Jack Vance's wacky wizards. Top marks on theme and writing.

The art-ful version is quite hard to read, and I don't think the design supports the writing much. But you thoughtfully included a printer friendly version--I will indeed be printing this one out to keep/hopefully play!

Instead of skittishly skirting the rough or rotten edges of pulp genre, you've plunged a shlarp knife into the pit of the fruit.

Oh and I forgot to say, I was psyched to see that you made this for FAR, because I just read the rules the other day, and that's a great lil game. I think the FAR style stat blocks are attractive, but take up a lot of space, which you could have made good use of here.  If you know what those the little bubbles in the FAR stat block next to MAG are, lmk (spell slots maybe??).

Sleek, lovely design! The map is incredible. It's super legible and usable, but pulsing with life and interest--it looks unique. AND fits well with the rest of the design. I'm going to learn from this map, and I'm gonna show it to my students next time I teach a cartography class.

For playability, I think I'm missing some info about interacting with the dragon. And I think the dungeon could use a couple more creatures/NPCs. But I'm sure this is space constraint stuff--you wanted to include a nice cover and map. I ran in to the same problems in this jam.

You could easily expand on this and make a sweet 8-pager! I wouldn't be mad if that map was a spread =).

Damn. This really, really good. Unsurprising, because you've assembled a crack team of experts to assist. But I love the premise, the writing, all the creepy skin stuff. This feels very playable, and very Appendix N. It would also fit really well into the UVG or Vaarn, places I am fond of.

Gus's maps are fantastic. The non-cutaway map makes a great cover.
If you were to expand on this (which I rather think you should!), some more art and ornament to set the tone would be great--but obviously we were very space-constrained in this jam.

You nailed the pulpy premise. The writing is excellent. Really imaginative creatures and NPCs! And it looks nice, too.

I was a little confused about what was going on spatially--since you used a flowchart/diagram style pointcrawl, a sentence up top that simply explains *what* location we're exploring would have really helped me.
Like, "the strange submersible ship has crashed into a lighthouse, and is beached and exposed. You're going in to look for treasure." But I think I mostly understood after reading the whole thing and this seems like it would be a blast to play.
