Haven't seen any games where spinning == rolling yet. Nice one.

Could do with a few bug fixes:

  • Web version doesn't render the dialogue properly
  • If you fall before the rock you don't seem to get a point

Perhaps some sort of obstacle/challenge for the player is also in order.

Having seen one of your replies, it seems you have a good game idea that wasn't fully realised in the timespan of the jam. Keep honing your Godot skills and get to work! Good luck!

Very cool theme; I love space and alien invasions. I was stoked that the aliens sent messages before every wave.

The gameplay/balancing could use some work. I was generating so much cash I had to click so much stuff as fast as I could to spend it all, and it was very easy to generate enough fuel.

The game could be very fun with a more meaningful decisions.

The graphics worked great and I loved the spacial/3D aspect of the weapons.

This games needs more ratings!

Cool concept, but could have done with more content or some sort of challenge for the player.

Nice art style and very cute! Good music as well.

Very fun that you have used characters from some of your older projects and also fun that you have included Juniper as a character.

I do wish that the Beybread battles were a bit more interesting and let the player make more decisions.

Cool idea to make a Survivors game with a wheel that decides your attacks. Variation in the enemies and even a boss! Well done!

I have to say though, that the tutorial screen was very difficult for me to read.

Also, I ended up just clicking over and over to get as much as I could from the wheel.

Cool music, even if it did cut out every now and then.

Nice post-processing effects too.

Lots of effort went into this! Nice art, sounds, voice acting and music.

I found the gameplay a bit lacking, as the decisions didn't feel that meaningful. And I personally got a bit annoyed by having to click the attack button every single time.

Amazing that this was made in just one week!

Challenging I must say! Maybe a bit of extra oxygen is in order or maybe I just need to get get better. I was also playing on a laptop and it maid spinning the wheel a bit tricky.

Haha yeah that’s how it goes with game jams you don’t always get everything done. Nice one it is a great result

A bit tricky to get the hang of (but I don't play these kinds of games)

Super cool visuals and fun to use SAM for the voice! and I LOVE 1-bit styles! Also pretty scary with that guy who'd sneak up on you...

Woah! Nice soundtrack and sounds. I also liked the rainbow letters.

Pretty ambitious game, especially with the boss and graph-map. Super impressive.

Would be cool to see more things to add to the wheel. Also clearer communication as to the value of each ability on the wheel. And maybe have the wheel update every time an ability is ticked?

Don't let the simple art full you! This game tells an interesting story.

Oh cool! Will try that next time. Not used to these sorts of games

Help! For some reason when I click on the flask in the bottom-right of the shelf it takes me back to the start menu. I can't figure out how to add more than one item to the list.

I played until I got one ending (arrested).

The presentation is wonderful and great voice acting, cutscenes and UI.

Perhaps I was missing something, but I did not understand how to influence the game's story.

Also took me a bit to understand that you purchase upgrades by pressing the picture specifically.

Very mysterious so I might have to come back to it and see if I can get a different ending.

Will do! Will get back with a comment once I have.

Didn't make it too far (I am not good at these games).

Very well-done level design; it ebbs and flows nicely.

Maybe a different icon for releasing? I found my brain thinking it should let go of the mouse early to be able to click on time.

I am a sucker for isometric games!

My score was 9 minutes and 20 seconds...darn..

Could do with a bit of a UI upgrade, but the tutorial was super nifty!

Spin upon spin... lots of spinning for different things!

The art is really nice! Fun concept as well. Could do with some instructions in the description!/melodicRecluse

Fun story! The audio was a bit rough, the base settings had the bg music be very quiet whilst the sound effects were very loud./melodicRecluse

The export was missing something...could not run it

Same issue. No cursor...tried clicking frantically and only an in-game pop-up showed up...

Nice puzzles... super polished!

Great minimalist style and nice level transitions.

Last puzzle had the player start next to the flag, so might be a bug there. Also Pixabay is a distribution platform, so could be good to be more specific with the credit next time.

There is a fullscreen toggle in the options menu!

Very nice idea that ties perfectly to both of the jam's themes (A ferris wheel is the most serious spinning thing).

Personally it took me a while to figure out what parts of the manual described gameplay and what parts describe the setting. It could have been shorter. It also took me a while to figure out the sarcasm in the description to realise flinging riders was the goal.

It would have been cool to see more interesting elements as you flung the riders! Eventually it became a matter of timing while distracted by the QWERTY buttons and I wished for more things to do.

The artwork with its colours and setting was definitely the standout here and was a perfect vibe.
