this is such a unique idea! And I dig the neon aesthetic!

Very cool maze! And the visual effects on all the sphere's looks very nice. Good job!

Cool game love the balls of energy and the hints. Was a fun puzzle maze game to play.

I liked the two stage aspect of it. the audio fit the events and visuals and the game had responsive if a little clunky controls overall it is a good game.

This game is clearly very ambitious. It seems like there is a lot of random generation going on in the background. I would love to see a bit more variation in textures since when I warped I couldn't even tell that I had moved. The game is giving very Y2K vibes which I love, the movement even feels a lot like the old windows95 maze screen saver. Great Job!

I love the chase segments and even tho I was confused at first I did manage to grasp the mechanics and I enjoyed the game!

This one felt kind of hard to parse. What do the potions do? Why do I need to spend trust to cleanse them? I also wasn't sure what to do when an orb turned out to be lying to me. I definitely like the aesthetics, and the "they don't trust you, get out" sequences are well done and add a nice consequence for using all your trust, but it feels a little TOO random to me. Not to mention the beginnings of both level 1 and 2 seemed identical.

Overall well done though, good tone!

The potions either poison/slow you or give your hastened movement speed which is useful for completing the maze quickly and outrunning the red orbs at end. You are penalized whenever you must "trust" the orb and interact with them. You dont have to cleanse them but if you need to or want to you can but once again "lose trust". The trust bar is works kinda both as a health bar but also as a measurement of the player gradually losing any trust in the orbs at all. And yes it is random. Each map is procedurally generated! However there are pretty easier to identify patterns which make navigating very easy once you figure them out. I think one tip I give people is to think of the orbs like mini checkpoints. A start commonly used is to "trust no one" and just use the orbs colors to track where you have been before. Thanks for the feedback

This is such a unique experience! It starts off so cozy and relaxing with the beautiful art and soothing music, but I love how it suddenly gets intense and scary.

Submitted

Ok this is scary, can't believe I got scared from orbs
A bit too hard ngl, the ending sequence might be too rng? and the controls makes it inconsistent to escape

Great introduction of randomness and intensity tho! Solid game

It's a unique game, loved the art!

It was cozy... until it wasn't, lol. I like the vibes, the soothing sounds, the colorful orbs, the controls feel nice (the 180 turn felt satisfying). I feel like it's a 50/50 crapshoot with these orbs, unless you spend your trust on them, but I'd run out so fast that I was just guessing towards the end. I got to level 2 before crashing out, but had a lot of fun playing! Nice job.

I like the game, especially the music. Very relaxing.

I love the sound so much. It's so calm. It's so fun to play and i never think about talking with the orb before! i will back to talk with every orb i see.

I loved the concept, it is a beautiful take on the theme of the jam, not to mention the visuals and audio of the game were very pretty as well!
I believe this has a lot of potential and it can get much better with some more polishing.
I also liked the fact that it had seeded runs.
Overall a gem of a submission!

Goddamn never thought I'd get ragebaited and scared of glowing orbs. Overall a fun gameee, I think you could attempt to make it into characters to make it scarier. I love the dialogues, REALLY LOVED THE CHASE SCENE. ended up losing cuz I picked a dead end! Overall Fun gameee hope to see this improved!

I had to play a few times to find the exit for level 1. I like the visuals and the atmosphere (and the pun with the name). It might be because I am directionally challenged but I was lost in the maze for a pretty long time. However I ended up remembering that yellow and peach-pink lie, green and magenta-pink tell the truth, and it's better to just follow the cube XD. Also, none of the portals seem trustworthy. Pretty fun to play.

Great game! It integrates the theme very well and does feel eerie, and specially when you get chased you can feel the tension. At first I was a bit confused by the portals, but everything else was pretty straighforward. Well done!

I really like the movement and the atmosphere when you start getting chased! The gameplay with the spheres that  give sometime right sometime wrong hint  fits the theme, but after a few tries, I felt like it's actually more effective to just wander randomly through the maze without following the instructions.

The atmosphere is amazing. Enjoyed the gameplay, loved the theme. And when the balls start chasing you in the end is very tense. Great job!

A procedural one, nice. However, there is no way of knowing which one can be trusted, so it comes down to flip a coin and the player has no "skill" test. I had 3 times the issue that I couldn't find the exit, no matter what. But then I was able to beat level 1 and 2. So it is really random how good you perform.

The audio and theme is fitting, but the gameplay is just ok. Nevertheless, good job finishing that in 1 week!

The truth test tells you if they are telling the truth or not! The only one you cant truth test is the cube at the end. But there is a tactic to know if the Cube is good or bad :)

Ok, then I didn't used the abilities good enough. Always tried by speaking or following instead, as it was cheaper.
