Fun game! You definitely need to add some enemies with less predictable movement to spice up the challenge. Also, the game starts with Damage Lv. 7 and Movement Lv. 6. Either that's a text bug, or you're really giving us some nice base progression :)

How does the game fit the theme?
You can't trust the horde - they all must die!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything was created from scratch other than the background music. Proper credit given on the game page for the music.

Seems like I started with some base progression, was that intentional? Definitely fun gameplay loop, very geometry wars vibes. I found after upgrading a bit I could just let the enemies come at me and stay in a spot, and I'd heal enough from their drops to not die. Would be nice post-jam to see some more variety in enemy types and such.
Great game. I don't like how the theme is incorperated though.
very addictive game. It could be even more satisfying if the enemies had a little knockback and hit feedback(flashing color) if i hit them with a bullet. Overall great submission!
Solid little game for a jam. I don’t get the trust no one theme, but it was fun.
Appreciated having a nice little survivorslike. The gameplay loop was solid, the sounds and visuals went well together. Also props for a non godot/unity/unreal engine. I didn't really feel the theme together with it. Maybe if some of the loot pick ups or something couldn't be trusted and would turn out to be enemies? Not sure, honestly. Still, a satisfying little game jam game.
Great game! Love how you made it all come together so well, which is not obvious with such minimal approach. And it keeps you in the loop, literally :) Audio and visuals are immersive and fit together with the gameplay. Does it end? I didn't find out, as on the 3rd run, with all purchases maxed, I got a power grid outage somewhere after 30th wave, but it seemed I could go on and on...
I wasn't sure how this would go for me playing on a laptop trackpad without a proper mouse, but the controls still worked well once I got coordinated. I'm not really seeing the tie-in to the theme, and leveraging some of the great free assets out there could have given it some polish, but I had fun! The gold might be a bit too plentiful at the moment as I was able to max out 2 (nearly 3) of the categories after my 2nd run. I also liked that it became more important to selectively pick up drops as the levels get more chaotic to help get through the larger waves.
Fun game and good sound design! Not much of an innovation on the theme. I would love more upgrades that does different things. maybe like a dual bullet or heavy piercing bullets and such to spice up the interactions.
I liked the upgrade system, maxing out magnet first was fun lol. I also really appreciated the visual/audio feedback of the impacts (particles, flashes, sounds, etc).
Nothing was really wrong with the game, just if you've got the time, expansion for more enemies and maybe varied maps could be cool.
Hi, I played your game and it was fun! it got too hard suddenly and I think it was better if the enemies could also shoot!
I also rated your game, and this is my game, i will be appriciate it if I could get your rating on my game https://sepehrmohammady.itch.io/awake
