The art is actually incredible for a one-week build! Controls and overall gameplay feel really smooth, though adding a dialogue skip option would be a lifesaver—especially for replaying. Awesome work!
One of the best games I've played during ths jam! Good job!
I love the art, audio and gameplay loop. I like the dark themes, and the contrast of the blood and red ui with the green is really nice.
Thanks for your reply !
Dude this art is insane, the style is incredible, and found myself looking at the visuals more than playing :D great game and worth every second!
Thanks for your reply !
The art is incredible, the atmosphere is immaculate. But I'd KILL for a dialogue advance or skip, and I should be able to re-check the daily paper after the first time I check it.
I keep dying on day 3, but I'm fully willing to admit that's a skill issue on my part. I'm just not sure what to be looking for. I'd also love more dialogue choices while talking to people at the door. If there were more to the interrogations, it'd feel more like my fault when I fail and get killed
The art is actually incredible for the being done in one week. The Game also plays very nice although it would be nice, if you could skip the dialogue. Especially when replaying.
Really fun game ! I really like the idea !
Love the gameplay! We died from a fake mother lol! It was really fun and the aesthetic reminded me a lot No, I'n Not A Human if that's what you were going for! Also we really liked the background music and art!!!
Nice haunting imagery
I wish there were a Rating for Atmosphere and you would have raked in Gold!!
A VERY GOOD GAME! I really like that every character has their own story. I love that you can check the person youve accepted if theyre being honest or not. Overall good game, I love the extra features and not just deducting if theyre anomalies or not
Cool game! It was fun and I like the game idea.
This is very cool and the art style is very nice! My only gripe is that I wish there was a way to skip the intro dialogue. I don't know why, but I kept accidentally exiting, then I had to sit through the intro again for awhile. Otherwise, great job!
whoa the visuals are insane, keep it up!
A little bit of Papers Please and the recent horror games with door dash vibes. Simple, but it works.
The art, audio and theme is fitting. Only thing that can be better is that one can skip through the dialogues, as I restarted it 2 times, but can't skip through that what I already heard.
Nevertheless, good job guys!
oh geez oh geez. That was tense. I do wish the dialog could be sped up. But the atmosphere was great and visuals very well done!
Thanks for your reply !
Really great game!! I loved the atmosphere and the way the characters talk XD It reminded me a little of Papers, Please, but with more of a sense that your own life is actually in danger if you let the wrong person in!
Somehow, I only let ONE person in during my whole playthrough, the guy who knew the password... and then I died on the second night. Wait... was that guy actually a bad person...? XD
My only suggestion would be to let us speed up or skip some of the dialogue, especially the introduction. I wanted to try a second or third playthrough, but having to wait through the whole introduction again made it a little difficult.
Really enjoyed the game and the atmosphere!!
Thanks for playing our game! For your death in the tutorial is explaimed that theres an energy system, if you have less than the minimum amount of energy the generator will run out of energy and the doors of the whole tower will open, thats the reason you probably died, in any case we apreciate your feedback and hope you still had a good time playing :D
I didn't let anyone in and i still get bad ending at day 3. Don't know how this game really works. I thought you lose by letting the wrong people in. I still rate this high because of the atmosphere and the story (premise). I wish there is a skip dialog button for the dialog that has been read before. Good submission. I love it.
Thanks a lot! Turning everyone away won't save you either, since you have to take the risk and let actual humans in. A skip button for repeated dialogue is a great idea and is coming in the next patch. Glad you loved the story!
I'm not a fan of horror or creepy games, which has made rating in this jam difficult given the amount of horror games I've encountered, but you did a good job of making the game really eerie. I had trouble identifying which should be let in or kept out, but I got creeped our oddly fast and stopped playing before I got the hang of it. I agree with calbee.jagabee that it would have been nice to be able to skip dialogue to have it fill instantly
Thanks for giving it a try despite the horror theme! Making it genuinely eerie was a big goal, so hearing it spooked you is awesome. Adding an instant text reveal is definitely high on the fix list. Appreciate the feedback and the rating!
Your game is so polished! I also love the variety of characters involved in this game and how their personalities shine in their designs. UGH the color palette also looks so cool. My only mini critique is that I wish all text could be clicked to skip to the end or that you could speed up the pacing of the text (I might just be a fast reader though) Over all very entertaining game.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you loved the character designs and the color palette. The slow text was meant to help players catch subtle clues, but adding a way to speed it up or skip ahead makes total sense. Working on that update soon—thanks for playing!
It's well done! I love the art. It's crazy you were able to make so many characters in such a short time. The music and sound effects were great too.
Thank you so much! Making that many characters during the jam was definitely a crunch, so I'm really glad you loved the art and audio. Appreciate you playing!
