How does the game fit the theme?
You can't trust your opponent for not pressing the button. If you don't press you both win. If any of you press the button, the person wins....
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used photobashing on almost every asset. We just photoshopped and edited all assets. No AI

Nice game you have here. I use the (censored) to the 4th guy, and suddenly he let the game on till the 10th round. and when it reach 10, i pushed the button. instead of getting all the money, my push button quota has reached 0 and I lost. Karma! Love the aesthetic.
Hard to tell what the items do, honestly staring at a button does get old but it is saved with how you made the character and art. Love the concept.
Nice game, really nice atmosphere.
Nice atmosphere and tension! Really liked the graphics and characters. At first I was the first one to push the button to buy items; I wasn't sure exactly what the items did. I then tried not to push the button till the very end and that's where things got interesting. I feel maybe the timer could be shorter as the rounds progressed to really amp up the tension, but other than that, nice game!
really nice game! i love artstyle and it's kind of stressful. you should probably add some descriptions of the items on what they actually do
Great game, probably one that made me nervous while playing by how unpredictable the opponents would press the button depending of the timing, great mood, definitely put you in the game right away, good job to you guys !
A cool game! I liked it
wow! really nice visual! unique artstyle! well done! sfx, music and visual are amazing. although i am not so sure on what to do at first but after trying things out, i figure it out. it's quiet fun! good job!
I like the visuals and how eerie it felt playing. Maybe the shop items could have a small hover description or something since I wasn't sure what they did until I used them. Great work overall!
The atmosphere in this game is absolutely fantastic! I love the creep-looking people and eerie music! The concept for the gameplay is also really interesting, but I think it needs more clarity in terms of what the items in the shop do.
The art on this game is amazing and so is the sound design, everything done with the intention of getting you uncomfortable and tense, absolutely love it. I'm guessing each item in the shop counters each of the characters, i haven't discovered which counters which but i love what this game does, really good job!
visuals are great ! Amazing game i really like it.
I absolutely love the eerie and uncomfortable atmosphrere here, with the design of the opponents, audio, evertything really.
Some of the buttons appeared to me as white rectangles with no text or image, I don't know if it's been noted before, and maybe I missed something but I'd like to have a practical description for shop items to know what they actually do.
Overall very cool!
The artwork is excellent
well done
The game design, art, and mechanics turned out really well. The art style and sound design used to build the atmosphere are awesome. I love it. My only critique is that it would be great to have visual feedback so I could anticipate when the opponent is about to press the button. Great job, congrats!
Great atmosphere and concept! Loved it
Damn you really managed to create an uncanny ambiance for your game, loved it, great job on your game !
Really loved the unsettling vibe and the character art, super memorable! It gets a bit quiet while waiting though, so adding some small interactions—like talking to NPCs to figure out if they’re trustworthy—would keep the momentum going. Fantastic concept for the jam!
Love the character design and the rest of the visuals. Like dippers994 commented, doing something while waiting would be nice, maybe talking with the characters to gauge if you can trust them. I think a longer version of this game with more features would be very interesting.
The visuals are deliciously terrifying! I loved how much I hated looking at everyone. Tried giving the nervous guy some wine and he hit the button immediately :(
I would like a little bit more to do while I wait.
