Hilarious emails and tight quotas. Got caught by the landlord but had fun.

Very nostalgic game. Giving amazn my bank information broke my brain a little bit. Great job! I would love to see where this goes when you have time to give it a bit more polish.

Nice little game but as another comment said, I think it would be great to improve the feedback when you report an ip address (and maybe being able to report email adresses too!).

Maybe I did something wrong but I did not get any feedback by the game when reporting an email adress from a scammer so I'm not I did it wrong or it didn't work. The overall design was neat though :)
the reporting mechanic is admittetly a bit underdeveloped and definetly not explained well enough. some of my friends ran into the same issue, because you cant actually report the email addresses, but only the ip addresses and even then, feedback is very limited.

Ah OK,I tried again but I was broke by the end of the day. The landlord seemed legit so I sent him 300 is that wrong? Is the point that I don't have enough so have to pay a later date?
yes, you actually have 3 day to pay the landlord
Love these desktop-type games. Such a good look. Biggest thing was that when I would drag one tab around, it would collect and move any other tabs I went over. Other than that, really good!

yeah the window thing is annoying and only caused by my big brain move to code a system for detecting clicking on the window bar myself, instead of just using godots buttons. after the jam I am going to upload a fixed version
I'm a sucker for games with fake desktops! There's something strange and scary about clicking a link from an email that seems like a scam, even in a game like this. Thanks for making it!

some of those emails look really suspicious but I really did get $100 so that was fun :D
Had a weird bug where windows that were overlaid over each other would be able to be moved together as a group, other than that it was great
I liked the game a lot, not much to say because i couldn't find anything wrong with the game and overall it was an enjoyable expierence

i enjoyed this game a lot! my favorite character was grandma (the plot twist involving her was incredibly funny)
the game loop is actually really, really good, in my opinion. while it lacks a tiny bit of polish, something you're already aware of, it's still very enjoyable and, above all, original.
something you could consider adding, if you plan to keep working on the game, is a more noticeable indicator that you've received money. maybe a visual notification somewhere, coupled with a sound effect.
