Really fun game! I felt like there was a pretty big difficulty spike between two of the levels, which made it feel a bit unfair. Other than that, great job!

The last level is a big difficulty jump from the previous one. But being able to pause the game made it infinitely easier, and I think it kind of invalidates the point of having a timer too.

Developer

Good feedback, thanks for checking it out! We decided having a pause button was the right call for accessibility, but in a full game would probably make it an option to turn on, rather than the default.

I could not get into this game. With so many games in the jam to rate, I had to decide whether to try to understand them or move on. I chose the latter. What I want you to take away from this is that you need to think about the way you onboard someone new to your game. From what I saw, the game looked well-made; I wish I had the time to give it proper consideration.

Developer

Was there anything in particular about the tutorial that made it hard to get into? I’m aware I tend to make strange games, so feedback on making them accessible would be useful.

Quickly had another look, and surprisingly, it was easy to miss the click employee. I know from my games that what you think is obvious can be surprisingly difficult for others. Maybe a bigger arrow with the click employee could have helped!

I really love this interpretation of the theme! You also did a great job of making an easy to understand gameplay loop! Great work

Really cool game and surprisingly difficult! Great job

very enjoyable, kinda reminds me of FNaF. it would be rly cool if the difficulty would ramp up over time and you would have to react faster.
cool game

I am not sure if this was just me but the game window didn't take up the full screen, just most of it on the top left. Anyways I think it would've benefited from a  more gradual difficulty curve and the timer being more strict, but still was a lot of fun!

Yeah it was intended to be 720p. I’m not sure how you got the itch embed bigger than that tbh. The difficulty is a bit random level-to-level, due to what tasks appearing in what order and their outcome all being randomised. Perhaps it would’ve been better to have it all deterministic but we were designing as we went.

This was a really fun game that I would definitely play more of if you had more levels.

Awesome! You really nailed the theme. I’d love to see a bit more dynamic action in the game to make it feel punchy.
