How does the game fit the theme?
Your Grandmother is your super spy side kick who unfortunately is old. Their information is not as reliable as it might seem.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Dialogue Manager - Godot Asset Store

A fun one XD Cute idea with the grandma. Well made and polished!
Really cool game!
I adored this entry! The grandma is so sweet but me-thinks it's time to put good ol granny in a home xD I can tell a lot of work and love went into this, it's very polished and very impressive! Fantastic job.
Nice visuals! I think the flashlight and stealth could use some refinement, though. I barely needed the flashlight, and getting spotted felt a bit too forgiving. Stronger consequences for detection could make the stealth much more engaging. Making a functional stealth game for a game jam is definitely a challenge. Great job!
Vision cones, noise meter, a secret agent grandma? Feels like a sweet little homage to the tactical espionage genre. Nicely done!
Seriously impressive that you managed to pull off a genuine, fully functional stealth game for a jam! We actually considered heading in a similar direction ourselves (with an art style leaning toward Monaco), but didn't dare take it on technically, so massive respect for making it work so well.
The gameplay feels remarkably mature and tight for a jam entry. The soundtrack is solid too, and hey: I always trusted myself ;-)
This is so polished and feels so full! Characters, narrative, decent mechanics, everything worked together so nicely. Well done!
Loved it! Poor grandma only wanted some company. The sprites specially are full of personality. Awesome work!
seems good but its unbearable without fullscreen
Hell yeah, this game was awesome! Loved the funny concept and the art style and the tactical espionage gameplay
Nice systems, like the vision and audio -- very clear what's going on and what will trigger the npcs.
Very fun game and I enjoyed it a lot :)
It's quite fun! I love how it fits the theme, it's a unique take and I've had a couple of fun facepalm moments with it.
The sound, music, and art are all well done, and I especially like that you can still control your character during the dialogue.
I enjoyed this one a lot. The art style was a great choice, the shape design felt vintage inspired while also working to the strengths of pixel art. The writing was fun and well paced. This reminds me of the Nitrome games I grew up playing.
My only suggestion for improvements would be to cut down the amount of instructions in the beginning. The game was smooth and intuitive to play, but seeing all the buttons and abilities right off the bat made it seem more complicated initially. Giving just the basic movement to start and then adding items over the course of the levels could make it easier to get started, and give a greater sense of progression throughout the game.
Loved the aesthetic! The artwork and audio is top notch, I loved the palette. I also recognized dialogue manager, game sees game :D
this is such a well thought out, funny, and unique concept for a game. i also really loved the progressive music, it made getting caught much more intense. the story was very funny and i loved the plot twist. all around great job!!
Well made game.
It was a bit confusing on how to exit since it was blocked by the ui but i found it out.
A granny CIA is funny concept.
The visuals especially that angular art style is very unique and looks cool.
The audio is great lots of sound effects and a cool sound track.
That was very cute! I'm sad that there isn't a rating for narrative because this would have killed it. The gameplay was very polished although i didnt find a way to use the tools, but the game is very playable even without them. Seriously impressive for a jam entry. Awesome job!!
